Pros: Our hosts, Jean-Pierre and Eugenia Ruspoli, welcomed us with such warmth and hospitality that we immediately felt like part of the family. We’ve stayed at many wonderful places throughout our trip in Italy, but this experience was truly exceptional. The attention to detail, comfort, and care went above and beyond our expectations. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and are already looking forward to returning to Rome to stay here again!

Spectacular accomodation with wonderful hosts!! Highly recommend.

Pros: Gianpiero and his wife were wonderful hosts, they made us feel part of their home for our stay in Rome. The whole accomodation feels like you’re staying in a home rather than a hotel room which was lovely. The room is spotless and had fresh flowers when we arrived. They were hosting a small birthday party on one of the days we were there and we were brought some leftover snacks/cake/wine which was above and beyond!

Cons: Absolutely nothing!

Perfect place for Rome Trip

Pros: An absolutely stunning stay! This place is gives me best b&b experience I have ever had. The room is eautiful decorated with antique artwork pieces. House located in the ancient area of Rome with a beautiful large garden and pool. Staying in the villa alone is very relaxing. The distance to sightseeing spots are also very convenient to reach either by car or by bus. We would like to come back again next time for the visit of Rome. 😊

Pros: Trovare una casa, lontano da casa. Svegliarsi in un giardino meraviglioso e raggiungere il centro velocemente. Incontrare una famiglia meravigliosa, generosa e accudente. Sentirsi viziati. Sentirsi a casa.

Semplicemente perfetto!

Pros: La struttura è semplicemente un sogno! La stanza ampia, spaziosa e molto accogliente. L’arredamento è di un altro livello! Il letto comodissimo e, nonostante il caldo della giornata, la stanza era freschissima. Consigliatissimo! Ps. Anche il giardino è un incanto. Giampiero, Eugenia e Domitilla sono stati dei proprietari fantastici. Ci hanno lasciato un pensierino prima della nostra partenza, un gesto che porteremo per sempre con noi. Peccato che siamo stati una notte sola! Grazie di cuore

Una meraviglia

Pros: La struttura è molto grande, pulita e a dir poco meravigliosa! Il giardino è davvero uno spettacolo ed è curato in ogni dettaglio. La piscina è molto bella e profonda. Per ultimo, ma non meno importante, i proprietari sono di una gentilezza unica e disponibili per qualunque necessità degli ospiti. Un posto eccezionale dove tornare sicuramente e da consigliare a tutti.

Great time in Rome

Pros: It was a real pleasure to stay at the Loft Appia Antica Donna Eugenia. Gianpiero and his wife are excellent owners, they even invited me and my wife to Gianpiero's birthday party! They are so kind and thoughtful. Donna Eugenia's family line has a rich history which goes back many centuries. This place is ideal as it is only 25 minutes from the center by bus, which stops a very short distance from their location. It is also within walking distance from St. Callixtus catacombs. We also enjoyed their swimming pool on their estate. If we ever return to Rome we will definitely consider this place again.
