Tanner's Apartment - Piramide

Pros: Close proximity to Roma Ostiense train station and the connected Piramide metro. 15-20 walk to the famous Testaccio market nearby. Kitchen utilities in abundance.

Cons: Unfortunately at the time of our stay the condominium housing the apartment had suffered a central heating breakdown and we had to rely on tha air conditioner to keep warm. Fine in the bedroom and living area but there was none in the kitchen and bathroom so it was a tad nippy. When the dishwasher was running, power at certain locations tripped a few times.

Very nice place, suitable for longer stays, great host

Pros: I stayed in this apartment for about one month during a business trip. Fabrizio is an excellent host. He is very responsive, friendly, and well organised. The apartment has everything you need for your (long-term) stay, like bed sheets, towels, a laundry machine, a variety of kitchen utensils, cleaning products, etc. The bathroom is clean and modern, and everything works as expected; you will not be surprised by a cold shower. The bed is comfortable, and the windows are equipped with blinds that can block up to 100% of the outside light (adjustable to your liking). The neighbourhood is quiet, so you won't be bothered by car traffic or people loudly walking by. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and public transportation (metro, bus, train) is at a 5-minute walking distance.

Cons: The bedroom is separated from the neighbouring apartment by a rather thin wall. As I am a light sleeper, I was unfortunately often awoken by the neighbour's alarm that went off daily between 5-7AM. Fabrizio told me that no other guests had mentioned this to him before, so maybe this was only temporary (a short-term tenant in the other apartment, or a temporary change in the neighbour's working hours). He also informed me that he'll look into this, so perhaps by the time you read this the issue has already been resolved (if so, please comment so future guests will know)

Pros: everything was great the host was really nice and the apartment was very comfortable

Pros: Mi è piaciuto tutto, dalla posizione alla struttura. Veramente al top sotto tutti i punti di vista. Il proprietario fin da prima dell’arrivo si è messo a disposizione su tutto ed è stato super gentile. Consiglio al 100%

Pros: Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce logement, extrêmement bien équipé, notamment dans la cuisine, ce qui est très appréciable. Fabrizio est également très disponible, et répondait très rapidement à nos questions par message.

Pros: Casa accogliente e funzionale. Servizi nuovi. Cucina ben organizzata. Padelle antiaderenti in ottimo stato. Host molto gentile

Pros: El apartamento está ubicado en una zona tranquila, segura y próxima a lugares de interés turístico. El responsable del apartamento estuvo a nuestra disposición en todo momento, facilitándonos información sobre transporte, dudas, etc. En resumen, nos ha encantado.
