Efficient Rome Stopover with Self Check-In and tiny Kitchenette

Pros: We stayed at Residence San Paolo for one night in Rome this October. The apartment was cozy and very clean. The self check-in process was smooth, thanks to the clear instructions provided. The location is convenient, not far from the metro, and manageable to reach on foot if you’re not carrying heavy luggage. It was a nice touch that the apartment included a bidet, minifridge, white bed sheets, and white towels. We left the requested tourist fee in cash on the table before checking out as instructed.

Cons: The small kitchen was equipped for two people, which was perfect for a short stay. However, we would have appreciated if the cups were made of a safer material like clay, glass, or metal instead of plastic. The shower space was quite tight for an adult man, though it would be sufficient for a smaller person.

Pros: The property was clean with an in suite bath as was committed on the website. It was clean and very well kept. Secure as well and close to public transport.

Overall, it was a very good experience. We would come back!

Pros: The place was clean. There was a bus stop right in front of the building, another one five minutes away, and a metro station about ten minutes away. I messaged the host about an extra blanket, and he replied the next day, letting us know where to find it.”

Cons: One downside is that the location is quite far from the city center, and the neighborhood didn’t feel very safe. It didn’t seem like a dangerous area, but it felt more like the outskirts of the city. The advantage, however, was the easy access to public transport and the short rides. The location is suitable if you leave in the morning and return in the evening just to sleep. Another small downside was that, on the first night, my friend only had a thin blanket, and the only extra we found in the closet was a sleeping bag that looked dirty. We messaged the host, but he didn’t reply immediately. However, he did help us the next day by providing a proper blanket.

Pros: Excellent location, very good connection to centre of Rome and seaside. The room was clean, comfortable.

Cons: Absolute absence of sound isolation- woken up a few times during both nights by neighbors opening their doors.

Nice place to stay- easy access to Rome City Centre

Pros: We love this accommodation. It is really well located and easy access to shops and restaurants. The staff were nice.

Camera confortevole, punto ben servito dai mezzi

Pros: La camera confortevole e calda. Molto pulita e ben servita da autobus e metro

Cons: Il check-in che siamo state costrette ad aspettare per forza le 15 precise. Arrivate sul posto alle 14.30 abbiamo dovuto aspettare per forza l'ora giusta, in quanto essendo tutto computerizzato il cancello non si apre. Anche avendo contattato chi si occupa di ciò non ci ha dato la possibilità di entrare prima.

Pros: Super lokalizacja, 5 minut spacerem od metra- blisko centrum 🙈 ładnie i czysto w środku 😇

Cons: Prysznic był zatkany.. woda stała w brodziku a słuchawka miała rozwalonego węża przez co woda leciała w każdą stronę 😢 ale mimo tego polecam 😇

Pros: Ottima posizione ,vicino al Bambin Gesu,stanza pulita ,accogliente ,comoda dei servizi,precisi in ogni dettaglio,ci ritorno ogni anno..

Cons: Un po di scocciature per entrare,....citofoni,,codici...

Pros: La posizione rispetto all'ospedale, il letto molto comodo

Cons: La porta del bagno si era leggermente bloccata da fuori, ci abbiamo messo un po' ad aprirla

Sistemazione pulita.

Pros: La vicinanza a Roma Tre. Dietro l’angolo un bar, un tabacchi, pizza.

Cons: Avrei apprezzato del caffè, anche in polvere o qualche snack di benvenuto. In cucina nn c’era assolutamente nulla. Nessuno si porta dietro il caffè per la moka…
