Pros: The hotel is very clean, very comfortable, staff informative and breakfast was very good.

Cons: They did not accommodate in our request to amend one of our dates.

Conveniently located hotel with exceptionally friendly staff

Pros: The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good, for an Italian breakfast abundant and diverse. Hotel was conveniently located close to Metro B and the place I had to be during the day.

Cons: The bathroom had a bathtub but without a plug and on the other hand there was just a 'rainshower-head', which I really dislike. In order to turn on the shower you get soaked with cold water... Otherwise fine.

Pros: Hotel is located in silent place and not so far from metro station Basilico San Paolo. The biggest advantage of this variant of accommodation is that you need only 12 minutes to get downtown, e.g. Coliseum. This hotel do deserves a 4 star rank. Interior of the room was old fashioned but it was well cleaned and had all we needed. Bathroom was well equipped with different amenities such as shower, hair dryer, large mirror, bathroom accessories, bidet e.t.c. Service staff was kind and responsive, we had some problem with reservation but it was solved in a couple of minutes. Also the noteworthy that the staff fluently communicate with guests in different languages (including English ofc) Some variants of reservation also include breakfast. We weren’t surprised with plenty of different dishes but can’t complain, cause restaurant provides self-service breakfast with standard complex of meals.

Cons: The only one disappointment is about the lack of sockets near the bed in room :(

Great hotel 4 metro stops to the Coloseum ✨🙌🏼

Pros: Great hotel and great location. Despite bad reviews about the neighborhood: it’s civil, calm and very connected to all the public transport lines. Breakfast was more than enough. Nutritious and served for 3 hours. Hotel was clean and the staff was super nice. Changed sheets and towels daily. Renovated bathroom and spacious room. AC controlled by reception- but they were always responsive on the phone to adjust it immediately. Our flight was delayed for one more night in HIGH SEASON (end of July) and the hotel extended our stay on a price we paid in our winter reservation. Ignore all the bad reviews, reading them before coming here made us skeptical about it but honestly it was more than good value for the money.
