Pros: Very close to the métro, only 20 minutes to city centre. Confortable room and good breakfast.

Cons: The bedding sheets smell a bit like naphthalene, and there was nowhere to hang wet towels.

Loved our stay

Pros: Clean comfortable rooms with great breakfasts and very helpful staff. The hotel is a 7 min walk to the Marconi train station which takes you to many central spots. A great restaurant about 10 min walk ifrpm the hotel is La Convento authentic Italian fare at great prices!

Pros: The ground floor was obviously renovated and the reception area + breakfast area were really nice. Location is great to reach the centre of the city without having to be in the busy areas and close enough to the airport.

Cons: The room had a tired aspect, some details clearly needed a refresh.

Pros: room was clean and staff were very friendly and supportive, location was very ideal, short walk to metro and good access to bus stops, easy to travel into the city centre and near to the airport. very close to grocery store, very convenient.

Cons: breakfast options were limited for vegetarians and vegans, would appreciate more options catered to them .

Good and Comfortable

Pros: It was a good stay, the location is in a calm green area - you'll need to walk like 8 minutes to the Metro station. Staff are kind and helpful, and the rooms are good and spacious.

Cons: The toilet is big enough, yet the shower itself is very tight and small. Sound proofing could be enhanced.

It's a 3* as opposed to a 4* hotel but it's OK for a short break to Rome.

Pros: Our initial room (316) wasn't up to standard for a 4 night stay and wasn't what we were told we would get. No air con, no garden view unless you stood on a chair but they changed us into another room (310) without fuss. This room was much better. I had my telephone pick pocketed whilst in the city and the staff were extremely helpful in helping me contacting the police. The second room was a good size, the bathroom was adequate with a decent shower. The bed was quite comfy. The breakfast was excellent, we could even get a pot of tea with it! The location was good, only 10 mins on foot to Marconi Metro station with a couple of small convenience stores en route.

Cons: 4 small meatballs in a sauce for €14 from the bar menu? Terrible value for money. We couldn't sleep with the window open because of excessive external noise, emergency vehicle sirens, barking dogs and the like so the room got a little stuffy at night.

Good stay

Pros: Breakfast was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel's garden is great for relaxing.

Cons: The room's AC was weak, we had to keep the entry door open at times to have some cold air come in. The bed positioning is not ideal.

Cons: The metro line didn’t work when we were there and it was a bit of a commute to the city centre

Pros: Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Good sized room, very clean. Fresh and white towels.

Cons: Just as a remark regarding the breakfast service: the waiter’s constant use of his mobile phone during breakfast was not a sign of professionalism or appropriate behavior.
