We had a wonderful stay — comfortable, great value, and perfectly suited to our trip to Rome.

Pros: Excellent value for money — we stayed for one night on the final evening of our trip to Rome. The spa was a real highlight, and we were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which was a lovely touch. The restaurant was also fantastic and rounded off our stay perfectly.

Cons: The hotel is located slightly outside the city centre, and there isn’t a great deal in the immediate surrounding area — something worth keeping in mind. That said, this didn’t affect our stay at all.

Pros: We had a great stay! The hotel room was very nice and clean. We really enjoyed the spa. We’ve stayed there for one night and got a free upgrade to a beautiful suite - thanks for that! The receptionists were very kind and there for any need. (Special thanks to Flavia!)

Beautiful new hotel

Pros: Very modern hotel in a quiet location with good transport links. Good breakfast and we also had a nice meal in the restaurant. Lovely view from our room and we appreciated using the lovely new spa.

Pros: The staff were very pleasant and professional. The breakfast was tasty. Dinner nice too, only had 1 there. Excellent value for money, especially for Rome. You are a little bit outside the centre but the bus is only down the road. Regular.and reliable, happy days. The bed was the nicest bed I've ever slept on. The shower and toilet in the room were magnificent. TV is great. Room service. Everything great. I didn't use the spa as it's not my thing so I can't comment on it. The hotel is brilliant. Excellent value for money.

Great and charming hotel in Rome suburb.

Pros: The hotel has really nice and cosy ambiance around, tucked in corner of the Garbatella neighbourhood. Rooms are new, really good spa and a gym (good equipment but bit crowded), and the restaurant was extremely good. The best part was the friendly staff and the warm welcomes in the lobby.

Cons: May should switch to nespresso in the rooms - was not able to operate the coffe machine, too complicated for me. Also, had trouble operating the air condition - room got quite hot so just opened the windows instead.

A home away from home

Pros: Everything is new, each room is spacious, well-lit, and well-furnished. Overall, this is a great place to stay. The beds are very comfortable, and the air quality in the room is excellent thanks to a well-maintained AC system. ​Toiletries include both bar and liquid soap, though I personally prefer the solid option. ​The breakfast buffet is always stocked with the freshest items, I genuinely couldn't find anything I didn't like.. Additionally, you can request freshly pressed orange juice and other made-to-order kitchen items, which, while an extra charge, are absolutely worth it. ​I truly felt like I found a home away from home and hope to come back soon. Special thanks to the personnel, the nicest people even with someone as demanding and insufferable as me.

Pros: Very clean place, amazing reception staf Stefano, fantastic spa.

Cons: We are family of 4 and we only got one extra bed so our son had to sleep with us on the bed.

Pros: The jacuzzi on the balcony is 10/10 for gazing at the stars at night. The staff was super friendly.

Cons: There should be a guide on how to use the Jacuzzi. The shower water pressure was not good enough.
