Pros: Lovely hotel, great rooms, clean, large, wonderfully equipped, the staff are lovely, caring, Daniela and the staff were so nice that we just didn't want to leave, the breakfast was wonderful, we also ate in the evening at the hotel, it was perfect, in short, 10 stars, one discipline, I haven't enjoyed such treatment and service in a long time 10 star!!!!!

Pros: We were extremely happy with our stay! Everything was perfect—the hotel was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The location is absolutely ideal, close to everything we needed. A special mention to Daniela, who was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay. Her warm service made the experience even better. Highly recommended! 👏

Great hospitality with clean rooms and friendly staff

Pros: The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean and tidy. My partner and I felt very safe staying here.

Cons: It is a little far from the main tourist attractions so we took more Ubers than expected, but it was also nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city to a quieter location

Great hotel for this price

Pros: So far the best hotel in Italy we have been to. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly, the rooms are exceptionally clean. Delicious breakfast. The hotel is in a good location, we used public transport to see the sights. I highly recommend this hotel. Special thanks to the hotel manager, and also to Daniela, who changed our room and found us a room with a better view, this only happens in better hotels.

Cons: We definitely can't fault anything

Pros: You are in Italy. I'm Italian for birth but I've always traveled abroad so we all know relatively the differences of commodities and structures, design, sizes, services we encounter when in Dubai for example, Tenerife, Canaria's, Messico, United States, Cote Azur, Greece, Etc. The structure is perfect, 20 minutes far away from the Colosseum and either the main points of Rome. Wonderful Rooms, cleaned. Mine had a light broken with a green paper but anyway, the only bad point of the room which has go a sofa. Everything perfect from the Design, the idea to expose ancient ruins just in the elevator hall, ground floor. Good variety for breakfast either considering the UHT milk, at taste and good cakes.

Really great customer service

Pros: Daniela was really great. She did everything to ease our stay and took the time to greet us well and make sure we were okay. She even helped us with our early check in and upgraded us. Thanks for everything Daniela! 😊 Sek, the security guard was also really nice.

Pros: The hotel is very good value for money. Very clean and spacious rooms. Quite neighbourhood.

Cons: It is quite far from the city center. It has good bus connections but it takes from 30' to 40' to reach the center.
