Pros: Very cozy and hidden hotel. There was a microwave and kettle(but unfortunately no cutlery). The Breakfasts were good.
Cons: The airconditioner on my room was a bit noisy, but maybe it was just my copy.

Lovely hotel in a nice area away from the crowds, with a delicious and generous breakfast.
Pros: A great overall experience. The staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was clean, quiet, comfortable and spacious. Even the shower was large. The breakfast was excellent with many choices, great variety. Good location with many cafes and a few good restaurants nearby. In a nice neighbourhood with easy access to central Rome by bus a few steps away. also an easy walk to Garbatella metro, plus walkable to Ostiense train station.
Cons: The wifi signal was not strong. In our room, we only had wifi on one device, not on our tablet. Wifi in the lobby worked fine.

Good vacation place
Pros: Good place to stay spacious and clean and all the staff so accommodating and good breakfast selection. Studio unit spacious. I stay September for few days and October 2025. For sure I will be back again especially.
Cons: Last reservation I made in this hotel I was a little bit upset because I booked a 2 bedroom unit. Then when we arrived it was just one bedroom unit. I'm used to it in North America once you said 2 bedroom it should be 2 separate bedrooms with 2 separate doors. We are two couples staying. In my reservation I write 4 adults. But the explanation with the front desk. 1 privacy room with door and other bedroom is in the living room with sofa bed is their 2 bedroom unit(supposed to it's called 1 bedroom studio) Because we are tired we just ask if they can help us set up an additional portable bed so that one person can sleep properly. It's still a good vacation. I just need to check the room lay out next time or send an email to confirm.

Comfortable stay. Felt like home.
Pros: Great location. Safe, bus stops are near. The room was very spacious and nice. Had everything we hoped for. They did house keeping everyday. Replaced the towels everyday and tidy up everything everyday. Staff were also very helpful. We loved our stay. Gave us good memories to take home. Italy was so nice. Didn’t give us any issues. We will definitely come back again.

Great hotel for its price
Pros: Friendly and helpful personnel 24/7, clean, quiet and spacious room with instant hot water and aircondition, clean towels and great room services every day. Breakfast was delicious with great variety, limited in European style. The hotel is located in front of a large and safe road, easily accessible from the airport by taxi.
Cons: The public transportation. The nearest metro station is half an hour away, and although there is a bus station in 300m, the transportation by bus is terribly inconsistent in Rome.

All in all, an excellent property. It met all our expectations – and even exceeded them.
Pros: The rooms are just like in the pictures. Communication with the hotel is exceptionally easy. The staff is very friendly, available 24/7, and the rooms are extremely clean. The room is cleaned every day. The breakfast is good.
Cons: Location: There is an issue with public transport if you're returning after 9 PM. Be prepared to use a taxi. From the city center (Colosseum, Pantheon), it's approximately 25€ by taxi.

Pros: The room was clean, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. Everything was ok, except the location.
Cons: Location was not very good. The hotel was not near a metro station and by bus we spend a lot of time in the traffic. There were many homeless people sleeping outside in the hotel area

Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
Pros: Fortunately we got an upgrade. Room was very spacious and modern, hence exceeded our expectation. Easy bus ride into Rome city just up the street. Staff friendly and helpful.
Cons: Check in took far too long. A large group arrived just before us. There were two staff members processing for a short time, and then only one. The group also decided to have a meeting in the reception area in front of the lift area, blocking access and noisy, making it difficult to hear staff member during check in process. Room air con was very noisy. Location was a little further out than expected, and a limited number of restaurants open on the Sunday of our check in.
