Good and comfortable enough for the price. Heating could improve.

Pros: I could tell that the staff tried to be as helpful as she could be. Location was near the Vatican City, but a little far from the Pantheon and Colosseum. Five minutes walk from the train station. The room was very spacious too.

Cons: There weren't any restaurants nearby (that I know). As commented by the others, there was a sewage smell from the toilet, but the receptionist helped with air fresheners and airing the room, and it was all good in the end. The heaters in the room and bathroom were working so it was FREEZING.

Pros: The location was amazing, very near the metro station and walking distance to the Vatican. Plus a single room for the price in central Rome is a luxury.

Cons: The shared facilities could be improved, not a place that would feel like you want to hang out - a bit smelly kitchen and loud music from the reception.
