Perfect place for visiting Rome
Pros: Fantastic location — ideal for visiting all the main sights. We stayed in a clean, well-equipped, beautiful rustic apartment on the 3rd floor. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the staff were kind and very helpful. We had a kitchen with a refrigerator and coffee provided for every day. It’s easy to get here from the airport by bus, so we ended up not taking a taxi. There are plenty of restaurants, breakfast spots, and supermarkets in the area We will definitely return and wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone.
Cons: The property could use a bit of renovation, but it wasn't bothersome, apart from that there’s really nothing else to report.

A very clean and centrally located accommodation with great service, though somewhat noisy at night
Pros: We stayed at this accommodation for a week and had a very pleasant experience overall. The place is very clean. If desired, a cleaner comes in daily to tidy the room and the bed linen is changed every other day. The location is excellent, very central and within walking distance of great restaurants. We especially enjoyed Ristorante No.1 (reasonably priced, generous portions and very tasty food). Check-in and check-out were both smooth and hassle-free. The beds were comfortable and we slept okay. Overall, I definitely had a lovely week here and would book this accommodation again.
Cons: One downside for us was the noise from outside and within the building. When doors slam, you can definitely hear it, and since the accommodation is close to a busy street, we heard ambulances several times in the evening (with closed windows). With earplugs, the noise was much more manageable. Additionally, there was a streetlamp directly opposite our building, and the curtains were not blackout curtains. As a result, quite a bit of light came into the room at night. We also weren’t able to close the wooden shutters outside the window. Fortunately, I had brought a sleep mask, which helped a lot, my boyfriend unfortunately did not. I would therefore recommend bringing earplugs and a sleep mask, better safe than sorry!

Rome Honeymoon
Pros: The residence is in an excellent location, it made our first trip to Rome amazing. It's a very comfortable room with daily housekeeping. You also get access to a great breakfast at a downstairs bar for a great price. Check in and check out was very easy as well and there are easy to navigate bus stops nearby.

Great location and wonderful hosts, but some small compromises
Pros: The owners were very kind and hospitable. Real Italian energy. The property in basically in the city center, close to everything. I'm really happy with that.
Cons: The property could do with a bit of renovation, but apart from that, nothing really to report.

Very happy
Pros: No breakfast was included, we were directed to the cafe across the road, which was fine. The residence is Comfortable, convenient, quiet, friendly and helpful.

Perfect hotel, close to the Vatican, ideal location 30 min walk to every sight seeing max.
Pros: It was perfect, the hostess really took care of us, and made us feel at home.
Cons: We liked to go out later in the morning, but room service was ready to go into the room every morning.

Great Location, friendly and helpful staff.
Pros: Great staff, great location, huge apartment was plenty of room for a family of 4 to spread out, clean and comfortable enough for our 2 night stay.
Cons: No water pressure and hot water in shower hard to control. Not as clean or modern looking as what was in the photos a little tired, though this is personal preference based on someone’s living at home conditions, so don’t be deterred just my point of view.
