Beautiful views, amazing location, spacious and clean room.

Pros: 10/10! The room had an incredible view of Castillo San Angelo, check-in was incredibly simple, the apartment was quiet. Very clean and spacious bathroom. They were also incredibly thoughtful: It was my girlfriend’s birthday so they put some birthday decorations in our room. Amazing experience.

Perfect room and position for the centre of Rome.

Pros: Fabulous position in walking distance to all the major attractions. The room was superb. Very comfy beds and excellent shower. Black out blinds helped to have a good sleep after very busy days seeing the city. It is situated on a busy road but it wouldn’t stop us staying again. Spotlessly clean and the hosts were very attentive.

Perfect place to stay in Rome.

Pros: We were absolutely delighted with our stay! The accommodation was excellent, the location was perfect, and the staff were incredibly kind and professional. Their hospitality truly stood out — they made us feel welcome from the very first moment. On our last day, they went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, which we deeply appreciated. I would warmly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay!

Awesome location and lovely rooms!

Pros: Fantastic location, being at a walking distance to several key monuments and iconic places in Rome and also was close to many cafes and shops. It also has an amazing view as it’s located across the Castel Sant’Angelo. The rooms are lovely and very well kept. Rosario - the host - also ensures that customers are very well taken care of and comfortable. :)

Cons: The only downside is that it is right next to the main road and is very poorly sound-proofed. If you’re a super light sleeper, this might be a major issue as you can also often hear the conversations of the people outside. That being said, getting ear plugs at night solved the issue for me. Would still recommend Alto to anyone visiting Rome!
