Pros: The host – Mrs. Rita – was very communicative from the very beginning and sent us lots of detailed instructions, which was extremely helpful. We didn’t have to worry about anything, because we knew everything even before checking in. It’s clear that Mrs. Rita really cares about this place and its atmosphere. She is very helpful and warm-hearted. The room is in a great location, of a high standard, and very clean. Additionally, our room was cleaned during our stay, which we were informed about in advance – this had a very positive impact on our comfort. Mrs. Rita is an amazing woman, very hospitable and with a huge heart. Thanks to her, our trip became even better!

Pros: Great location, amazing apartment and a responsive owner. Well connected - there is a metro station nearby and a supermarket 5 minutes away. Please note that you will have to share the kitchen with the other room, if you rent only one room. Every room does have a separate bathroom, so this was not an issue in my opinion.

Pros: Very nice and kind host. The room was very clean and has a modern feeling, and the bathroom even has a mirror with LED lights. The neighborhood isn't noisy, so it's also relaxing at night. Very close location to the Vatican, with a bus stop and subway just around the corner.

Pros: Fantastic. Clean, quiet, confortable and well located.

Nice little spot close to the Vatican

Pros: Very nice room in a small apartment, just behind the Vatican, close to the Cipro metto station. Easy to go around Rome, while staying off the crowded center, in a more popular and residential area. Good communication with the owner: Rita provided good hints and addresses.

Cons: There are two independent rooms in the apartment: you don't have all the property for yourself.

Excellent location and friendly host! But not necessarily private.

Pros: The location was excellent. Being just north of the Vatican, it was still within walking distance (20 - 30 minutes) of the main sights in Rome. It is also very close to both bus and metro stations making getting around by public transit quick and easy. The building itself was a bit run down from the outside, but that gave it a certain charm. The internal courtyard provided nice privacy and had many beautiful plants. The apartment itself was good, but perhaps a bit small. The host was very nice and friendly. She responded quickly to our questions and provided very clear instructions on how to get in the apartment.

Cons: The apartment has two private rooms and a common kitchen. We didn't mind sharing the space with others, but if you're looking for total privacy, this may not be the ideal choice. Our individual room had air conditioning and it was nice and cool. However, the common kitchen area did not and was extremely hot. Perhaps relatedly, we were not allowed to cook in the kitchen. This was a disappointment as we had the impression from the advertisement that we could cook in the kitchen.

Pros: The rooms were clean and well thought through. Almost everything was there. The locker, the hair drier. In the kitchen there were a lot of cooking utensils. The conditioner isn't freezing. Good doors on windows to reduce sunlight in the morning.

Cons: There are two rooms connected through the sharable kitchen. The doors are thin and weak. If you're in the kitchen you hear everything that your neighbors do ;). In the kitchen there are a bunch of useful things. But there is a lack of basic things like sugar. I'm not sure if it was supposed to be provided by the host. But still , be ready.

Pros: Great location with a beautiful courtyard. The room itself was very modern and tidy. Communication with the host was fast and easy. Would highly recommend!

Pros: Fabulous. We were well instructed for an easy self check in. Very comfortable stay. Very large room with ensuite. Clean and stylish. Thank you Rita!
