Mocenigo Vatican Suites

Great stay and excellent service

Pros: The location was within walking distance to the Metro and the Vatican museums. The room was tidy and comfortable. The staff responded promptly. In my case they were accomodating to my request and that made it even more special.

Good choice

Pros: Liked this place very much! Nothing much to look at from the outside, but it's a real home from home and had everything I needed at a good price. Loved the mini kitchen. Amazing location, 5 mins from the Musei Vaticani.

Cons: Automated checkin is very good but it would have been nice to hear from a human during the booking process.

Short staying

Pros: Very clean room, silence place. Fully self Check-in and Check-out. Fridge, table, light breakfast available. Ensuite bathroom with hair dryer. Near to Vaticans museum and tube stations. Nice courtesy kit for bathroom.

Cons: Coffee machine missing (capsules and cups available)

Pros: The room was clean and tidy, the shower was nice and powerful. And it was a close walk to the Vatican City.

Cons: I didn't like how you could hear other people in rooms next to you, quiet time after 10pm but whoever was in the room next to me was not quiet.

Great location, very helpful staff

Pros: We couldn’t get into the property at first but someone immediately came to help us and showed us all we needed to know. Very helpful.

Pros: The location is super convenient for those who are interested in the Vatican museums. However, two metro stations nearby will get you to most of the city. The room was clean and spacious enough.

Cons: The teapot was asking for cleaning from calk. The tap water in Rome is terrible, so you have to use bottled water. However, even with it I had to use a bottle to get rid of old mineral deposits from the teapot :). I would recommend it regularly cleaned.

Pleasant stay at Mocenigo Vatican Suite

Pros: The property is 2mins away from the Vatican Museum. There are many cafés and shops nearby. The host is very helpful and accommodating. The staff is quite polite too. There’s a lift at the property. I think I’d like to stay there again on my next visit to Rome.

Cons: Nothing as such

Pros: A kettle, tea bags and biscuits in the room! Not a common feature on the continent!

Amazing stay at Mocenigo Vatican Suites

Pros: I loved the room it was spacious and well organized. The towels were soft and clean and the place was very welcoming. It had a lift which was amazing as the room was on the second floor. I felt safe in the neighborhood and it was easy to get to the metro and the bus stops.

Great location, perfect for city break!

Pros: Location was fantastic, very handy for people travelling to the Vatican and if you are going into the city it’s very handy as metro and bus stops right by. Bed was comfortable and amenities were okay!

Cons: Some of the towels we were given had stains on them I presume they were clean but not sure Also there is no lift so in the heat walking up a few flights of stairs it was difficult
