Perfect location

Pros: Location is excellent! Alessandro was very nice, helped with everything. The room was nice, I recommend it!

Pros: Alessandro was very helpful, came to the airport to pick us up. Room and bathroom were clean and it had everything we needed. Location is perfect - just right outside walls of Vatican, near station of metro, lots of shops and restaurants everywhere. We recommend :)

Pros: Very welcoming B&B, safe location, clean and relaxed earthy colours all around you! Well equipped room with all the necessities -even toothbrushes! 😀The mattresses are made of memory foam and they are superb!. Not the same with the pillows though....Alessandro is the man for your stay! He provided us tips for touring the city and he showed us all the facilities/equipment at the B&B especially in the kitchen where he was kind enough to provide us with all the basics for breakfast -pastries, coffee, even corn flakes and butter and milk, sewing products, first aid etc!.And all were free of charge!

Cons: Overall the property was all we needed and expected! 😊 A small advice is to fix the TV because even though it's working there is no signal so it's basically useless... Note also that the shower is quite small

Pros: This B&B is very cozy and clean. The location is perfect and I believe this is one of the best accomodations at this price. The host - Alessandro, is very nice and helpful. He recommended us various restaurants for evening meals, breakfast and lunch which turned out to be very good, especially his breakfast recommendation - Feliziani that is just a few minutes away from the B&B. We had everything we needed and the space was very comfortable. We are very happy to have chosen to stay here and if we ever return to Rome we will definetely book a reservation here again.

Very joyful stay in a beautiful place

Pros: Beautiful house in a great place close to a metro station. Perfectly prepared rooms. Very nice staff.

Cons: You have to sleep with a close window if you’re a light sleeper, but nothing unusual for a big city

A true gem, the accommodation, the location and the host!

Pros: The welcome from Alessandro (the host) was fantastic. The accommodation is super, perfectly clean, brilliant location with lovely restaurants just there. Alessandro, was super even handing the airport transfer himself! Nice to know there is a person that you can trust from arriving to departure.

Perfect Stay in Rome!!

Pros: The location was perfect! Couldnt ask for anything better, the room was cozy and close to everything, safely guarded apartment feels quite safe as well.

Pros: Really nice district. If you like walking it is the prefect place. No transportation needed to go all the way to Colosseum. 3 minutest to the enter of the Vatican museum. Really clean, quite and safe place. Easy check in and check out. Near by there are several nice places where you can eat. There is a really nice kitchen with everything you may need. It is exactly as in the pictures, even better.

Cons: It is more like a tip for couples. Get a bigger room as in the red room the bed would be a bit smaller for a couple. It was perfect for me and my mom but for a grown man would be a challenge.

We would recommend this accommodation as a perfect place to stay if you are exploring Rome.

Pros: Excellent location beside the Vatican, perfect for walking into the city and exploring. Accommodation was in an apartment which was very clean and very secure. The host was extremely patient when our luggage was missing and we were delayed in getting to the accommodation. He assisted us on numerous occasions with arranging to transport for us to various events we were attending.

Cons: The ensuite bedroom was not spacious especially if you have a lot of luggage, and would not be ideal for spending long periods of time in but as we just used it as a place to sleep, it was perfect.
