Vatican Dream

Pros: The building has an elevator, which was extremely convenient for carrying our two large suitcases. We had a lovely view of Vatican City from our window, making it an ideal location for visiting the Vatican. There were some sweets in the room, and in the shared area there were complimentary sweets, fruits and drinks available throughout the day, which was very helpful. Housekeeping was done daily with fresh towels provided. The room was spacious and it was easy to open and arrange our suitcases.

Cons: The mattress felt old and was not supportive, which caused some back discomfort. The sheets were clean, but they looked worn and a bit outdated.

Bella Roma & Vatican (09/2025)

Pros: + Excellent location, you could easily reach the main sights on foot, and there were lots of great restaurants nearby, as well as a supermarket + Rooms/accommodation: perfect, the rooms are spacious and have everything you need. The little ‘café snack bar’ was also great. There were no problems with check-in or check-out, Alessandra and Tina were very helpful and communication always worked very well.

Cons: - You should avoid the main street at the top when lots of people are heading to the Vatican Museum (especially at lunchtime), as it is almost impossible to get through, but there is a side street where the better restaurants (and a supermarket) are located. Otherwise, there is nothing negative to say about the accommodation, location, etc. - You should generally be good on your feet (trainers recommended!).

Pros: Overlooking to Vatican Museum and the host was very helpful..Awesome I was with my hubby and little boy it was excellent..

Nice

Pros: The hotel is extremely close to the entrance of the Vatican. Our room window was faceing the vatican museum where everyone goes inside the tour. Which meant a lot of traffic, people talking, police whistles and shouting just outside the window.

Cons: We had one bed, whenever my daughter moved in her sleep I woke up to the maddress moving

Gezelligheid

Pros: The owner made sure we had no problem in entering the property, communicated with us what time we are to arrive at the property so she could meet and welcome us. However, our eta was tentative so we refused to meet. Thus, gave us detailed instructions how to get in.

Great stay as always

Pros: I've stayed here several times. Always good, comfortable, and clean with excellent facilities for breakfast. Enjoyable stay and great location.

Pros: Great location, lovely and very helpful staff. Clean rooms, daily room service. Coffee and small snacks available all the time.

Cons: Breakfast sweet and do-it-yourself.

Pros: Great location near the entrance to the Vatican Museum. Everything you need is available. Even breakfasts are included in the price. Special thanks to the hostess for a very warm welcome! A real dream!

Great place to stay.

Pros: We've stayed here before and it was better than we remembered. Alessandro couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast choice was excellent and coffee, fruit, pastries etc always available. Great location right opposite the Vatican Museum and only about 5 minutes walk from the metro. We lacked for nothing. we'll be back.
