Wonderful room, wonderful host!

Pros: The room was newly renovated, very clean and comparably large. The bed was really big (we are tall people) and super comfortable. It was only 5 minutes away from the Vatican museums and there are many breakfast options in the vicinity. And last but not least: Gaetano is a wonderful host with a great attitude!

Cons: Actually nothing! In humid weather you need to make sure to use the AC or open the windows frequently, but that is not really an issue.

Pros: Location! Privacy! Quiet! Comfortable bed. Coffee pods and maker with small refrigerator. Supermercato next door and lots of fine restaurants in the area. The Vatican is an easy 15 minute walk

Satisfaite

Pros: La chambre est neuve, jolie et confortable, à proximité du Vatican. L'accueil est agréable et l'hôte prend le temps de tout bien expliquer.

Cons: La promiscuité avec les autres chambres dans un appartement. Un couple est arrivé dans la nuit à 1h du matin, ça a été très bruyant. Il conviendrait de prévoir une poubelle dans la cuisine de manière à pouvoir jeter les détritus du petit déjeuner et que la poubelle soit jetée tous les jours. Pas de service de nettoyage ni de renouvellement de serviettes durant le séjour. La vitre de la salle d'eau est trop courte, ça mouille tout le sol de la salle de bains. Ces points sont juste donnés en tant que conseils pour améliorer encore plus la prestation et non pour critiquer.

Pros: Great location near Vatican, restaurants, shopping. Apartment had everything you need and very clean and quiet. Nino came to meet me to make sure all was well and I was comfortable. Would love to rent this place again,

The perfect place to stay in Rome.

Pros: This property deserve a +10. It is all new, it is super safe, right in the middle of Trionfale district which is to my taste the best place to stay in Rome... everything is well maintained, there is a commune kichenette where you can make your espresso coffee, heat your food or wash your clothes. The beds are comfortable, the sheets are high end hotel quality, bathroom has everything you neef. I could not find words to say how perfect this place is. I will definitely return. In terms of location... if you like to walk - Vatican 5 minutes, Ponte di Angelo 30 minutes, Pantheon 45 minutes. I basically walked everywhere but if walking is not your thing there are 2 metro stations 5 minutes away.
