Pros: Our stay at this property was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The host was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail, always available to help us whenever we needed anything. The room itself was stunning - beautifully designed with elegant minimalism and exceptional attention to detail. The cleanliness was impeccable; the moment we walked in and turned on the lights, we could immediately feel how spotlessly clean everything was. It truly exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was excellent and well-equipped with everything we needed. The entire space was thoughtfully designed and maintained to the highest standard. The host’s hospitality was truly remarkable - kind, generous, and genuinely caring. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and beautifully designed place with exceptional hospitality. We would love to return in the future! The cleanest accommodation in Rome

Pros: The room was large, naturally well lighted, beautifully decorated AND extremely CLEAN! Daily maintenance with a focus to the smallest details. There is a policy for not being allowed to bring food or beverage into the room, which I found useful. The accomodation has a shared kitchen that can be used for preparation of snacks/drinks. Although it is located a little further from the city center, it is a 7minute walk to the Ottaviano metro station and 3minutes to nice cafés or even the local market (with authentic foods). The neighborhood is less crowded, it's clean , authentic and safe.

The perfect location if you want to get to know and love Rome: lots of buses and the underground within walking distance

Pros: I liked everything! The room was spacious, perfectly clean, great shower, perfect location and excellent communication with Valentina who was a top host. One of the best rooms I have ever stayed in and look forward to going back there on my next trip to Rome. Grazie di tutto!

Lovely

Pros: Lovely room, clean and spacious. We stayed for the weekend and found it amazing. Close to metro station linked to all popular tourist spots.

Clean, modern stay in an amazing city, just a short walk away from Vatican City!

Pros: Amazing location, just out from the crowds of Vatican City, but within perfect walking distance of the main attractions. The room was very modern and clean, with lots of amenities that fulfilled all our needs. The communication from Valentina, the host, was prompt and informative throughout. The cleaning team were also extremely polite and efficient! Would absolutely stay again!

Wonderful people in such a good accommodation

Pros: I haven't been in such a clean accommodation for for a long time. Clean, perfect, the rooms a quite big, made with such a beautiful stile. And I can't just not no mantion Valentina and her husband, very wonderful people always on your disposition and helpful choosing good restaurants if someone don't want to finish in tourist restaurants with such bad quality.

Like a 5 star hotel

Pros: Very nice and modern room which was cleaned daily during our stay. Nice and peaceful neighbourhood, very close to the Vatican museums (5 min walk). Our host Valentina was very friendly and hospitable, and even offered to give recommendations. Both check in and check out were easy and simple. Almost a 5 star hotel experience.

Pros: Cela correspondait exactement à ce qui avait été proposé et décrit. C'est une chambre dans un appartement tout confort, propre et très bien équipé. Il y a une cuisine à dispo avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Merci à Valentina pour sa gentillesse et professionnalisme. L'emplacement est très bien situé, au calme et à 10 min à peine du métro CIPRO. Je recommande fortement d'y séjourner. Il est également proche de toutes commodités. Nous y reviendrons certainement!

Modern, comfortable room in a great location in Rome

Pros: The guesthouse is well located, and the modern room and bathroom were comfortable. The shared kitchen with tea, coffee, and biscuits was a nice touch. The soundproofing of the windows is wonderful for silencing city sounds. You may hear fellow guests in the kitchen in the morning if you are a very light sleeper, but regardless, I would highly recommend this place when in Rome. The host was accommodating to special requests, and the check-in was smooth.
