Really enjoyed our stay and would visit again.

Pros: The host was very friendly and helpful giving advice about where to go to eat, which transport to use etc. The location was very good for connections. Everything essential for comfortable stay was in the structure.

My new ideal place to stay at in Rome.

Pros: The best choice in Rome. The room & the bathroom are clean, the host is friendly & helpful. A typical Italian breakfast is served in a nearby bar, but there`s a local market just next to the guesthouse if anyone wishes to enjoy the local lifestyle. Also, there`s a very lovely osteria next to the guesthouse where you can enjoy the truly Roman cuisine for a very reasonable price.

Very nice place

Pros: The room was very renovated and clean. The location is amazing as well - plenty of types of the transportation. The host was very kind, helped us with everything, even with a good suggestion about the district and Rome.

Very good

Pros: Everything was good, Alberto was an amazing host, he was always available for any questions. The room was large, it had enough space for three people. The location was also good, we were 10 min away from Vatican. 10/10 would recommend, and book again. :)

Unforgettable visit to Rome and Vatican with my wife and my daughter.

Pros: The bed was super comfortable. The location is very good - it is like 5 minutes by foot from Vatican Museums. 15 minutes by foot to the Vatican. Matro stations is 10 minutes away. Many good restaurants can be found nearby. Alberto (the owner) was very nice and helpful. We had very good contact with him via WhatsApp. If you want to check-in late then you need to send via WhatsApp skan of your ID and your Credit Card details, which is slightly concerning from the safety point of view.

Cons: The apartment is not very big (and especially the shower cabin), but still it is good value for money.

Perfect stay near the Vatican!

Pros: Everything was excellent! The accommodation was very clean, comfortable, and ideally located—just a few minutes' walk from St. Peter's Square in the Vatican. The host was extremely kind and helpful. Communication was quick and easy. We especially enjoyed the breakfast at a lovely local café next door—delicious and a great way to start the day. We were very satisfied and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Rome!

Lovely host and central location

Pros: Lovely and friendly host. Alberto made us feel so welcome and was very helpful with anything we needed during our stay. Loved the extra touches especially the breakfast vouchers which were for a local cafe only 4 mins walk away serving lovely pastries and coffee. Loved the water filter jug and fridge in the room too! Was so nice to have fresh cold water in the room when we wanted. I wish all hotel rooms had this as it was such a lovely touch. The bed was very comfy too and spacious. Very close to the centre and only a 2 minute walk to the Vatican City. Wasn’t noisy at night either. Lots of nice restaurants and shops close by. Had a really peaceful nights sleep and a great stay!

Pros: Everything was clean, the bed was comfortable, Alberto, the host, is super nice and helpful! The small Cafe, where you can have the breakfast, is very cute and has good coffee and pastries. The location of the apartment is perfect.

Cons: Unfortunately we had two days of rain and because of that there was a bad smell in our room. Alberto explained that this is something unpredictable. Apart from that everything was just perfect!
