Excellent choice, comfortable and cozy

Pros: Clear communication and flexibility regarding check-in. Very cozy, comfortable bed, silent. All necessary amenities included. Excellent heating - very warm in winter. Very good location - close to the Vatican.

Cons: Early checkhout time (10am). Noise from the boiler when neighbours use hot water.

Pros: Great location in nice neighborhood Prati next to Vatican. A lot of restaurants and shops nearby. Very well equipped room. Fridge is a big plus. Easy check-in/check-out procedure. Responsive and kind host.

Cons: There is not enough natural light in the room.

Pros: The location is convenient although a bit out of the centre. Great pizzerias and restaurants nearby. Good size bathroom and a spacious room. We only stayed one night and it was perfect for us

Very brief two night stay but perfect for a short trip to the Vatican Museums and archeological park in Rome.

Pros: Really good location for Vatican City. Great places to eat locally. Easy access (a quick walk) to the metro taking us into the city. Very good communication with Simon’s about accessing the building etc.

Cons: Nothing!

Well located room

Pros: The room is big enough for two. Simeona was nice and attentive to us. The localization is good: really close to the Vatican Museums and a metro station that leads you to Termini. Bed is comfortable.

Cons: The shower is a bit small and the view of the window was for the inside of the building.

Pros: It was in general a great place. Close to the Vatikan and pretty quiet normally. The AC worked well and the rooms were cleaned daily, eventhough we were there for a short time. Great price for the time!

Cons: The check in was a little bit more complicated than a normal key box. The fridge froze everything. For three people it is a bit on the smaller side.
