Pros: The accommodation was good and quiet. The room had sufficient space and the air conditioning worked well. The receptionist who welcomed us was kind, and there was no noise around the area. The location was very close to the metro. Although the neighborhood wasn’t very clean, it was conveniently near the Colosseum, only a 20-minute walk. The price was reasonable for what was offered. A few things could be improved: the room did not have a minibar, the bathroom needed some maintenance, and the water pressure was low. The bed was made with a sheet and a blanket that did not have a cover, which is likely reused by different guests without being washed. It would be better if the blanket had a proper cover. From the Terravision bus stop (7€) that takes you from the airport, it’s only a 7-minute walk to reach the hotel. Overall, it was a good accommodation experience.

A nice hotel, but choose it only if you're checking in during the daytime.

Pros: A good hotel. I found it easily and everything was fine. The area is not great though — I wouldn’t recommend checking in at night. The hotel itself is good. Check-in is without a reception desk, which is very convenient. The room was clean enough, and the bathroom and toilet were nice. My room had windows facing the courtyard, and there were constant smells from a nearby restaurant, but we stayed only one night, so it was a minor issue.

Cons: They should add slippers for after the shower, and of course, the neighborhood is not very good.

Pros: Really appreciated the customer service shown by this place, had a family emergency which meant we needed to leave our accommodation mid stay. They completely understood our situation and were as helpful as possible. Could not recommend enough! Room was comfortable and tidy. Would consider staying again if returning. Thank you very much!

Pros: The location of the property is almost near the main attractions in Rome. The apparentment was clean and the staff polite. It was ok for one night.

Cons: Nothing in particular.

Pros: The staff was very warm welcoming and friendly, the location is good and place is very safe.

Cons: The room size is a bit small if you are traveling as 2 people, but as I am traveling alone it’s all good.

Better than we could have imagined for the price. Amazing location. Highly recommend.

Pros: Location was perfect for anyone arriving to or departing from Roma termini station and for visiting the Colosseum/ Forum. We only had one day in Roma and our train was delayed severely. The staff made our late check in very easy with clear instructions. Easy to get food late at night nearby too. Couldn’t have asked for more

Pros: Perfect location and hospitality. Clean and cozy room with working air conditioning and clean bathroom. I recommend.

Roman Life

Pros: It was close to Termini Station. And it was not far from some restaurants. Easy to get to and leave for the day and felt secure for us. Felt like you could live a Roman life there too.

Cons: Probably that we didn't have a fridge or tea and coffee facilities. We needed to make sure we didn't have the shower on too much as the drain was draining slowly.

Fantastic value for your money, and fantastic location!

Pros: Great location (all major monuments walkable, near Termini station), clean and modern rooms, reception open late at night, very friendly staff, we could leave baggage before the flight back. Complementary bottle of water. And honestly, not so expensive as most of the other rooms near this location.

Cons: A bit noisy street in the night, but not too much, it doesn’t affect your stay.
