Pros: The host Laura was brilliant, the room was very modern clean and comfortable. The shared facilities were very well equipped.

Cons: The location outside felt unsafe at times due to people sleeping rough wouldn’t recommend going out around the area at night if you are solo traveller or easily startled but this no reflection in the host or the property

Room in a new & modern flat

Pros: The room is located in an appartment 10 min walking from the train station. I think I was one of their first guests ‘cause the room numbers where not even attached to the doors - literally laying on the ground. The good thing is that compared to many hotel rooms in Rome it is spacious, modern and the bathroom is clean, spacious and one doesn’t have to squeeze in the shower. Also there is a shared living room & kitchen so one can cook.

Cons: Being one of their first guests, they gave me misleading information about check-in codes. Also in the first day someone tried to enter into the room while I was showering but luckily couldn’t as I had put the manual lock on. When reaching out to the host she said it was here, however no one answer when asked who is it. Have to say it made me feel unsafe for the remaining of my stay but luckily no other incidents occured.

Pros: El apartamento está genial, todo nuevo limpio y recién reformado. La zona común tiene de todo y el apartamento está bien comunicado con el metro. Lo único malo es la zona, hay gente sin hogar y personas con mala pinta, pero eso no quita que el apartamento esté genial. La comunicación perfecta, y Laura muy atenta con cualquier cosa.

Cons: La zona no es muy buena, hay que ir con un poco de cuidado, pero no nos pasó nada malo.

Posizione strategica

Pros: La posizione è assolutamente strategica: davanti al portone di ingresso c'è la fermata della metro, del bus e del tram. Per lo stesso motivo, la camera sulla piazza è piuttosto rumorosa per il via vai di persone e di mezzi. Portare i tappi!

Pros: Soggiorno da sogno, camere insonorizzate con wifi, tv (che non ho usato), e l'aria condizionata. La struttura è molto pulita, fornita di macchina da caffe, bollitore d'acqua, frigorifero ecc. Le camere sono ampie pulite e accoglienti, e che dire veramente CONSIGLIATA!!!👍🏻 comunque posizione molto buona, è molto vicina ai treni di termini

Pros: La posizione è perfetta, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla metropolitana, quindi è molto facile spostarsi in città. La stanza è moderna nuova ,pulita e molto confortevole, con un’atmosfera accogliente che fa sentire subito a casa. L’host è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno piacevole e confortevole.

Pros: La piazza è un simbolo di Roma. Gran parte dei film contemporanei girati nella Città Eterna hanno almeno una sequenza girata sotto i portici e la struttura ti offre la possibilità di viverli da protagonista. Il palazzo è malconcio, ma una volta entrati tutto è moderno e funzionale.
