stayed 3 night everything was perfect

Pros: Location is great! Staff is great! Shower is nice and hot, bed is comfortable. TV, hair dryer, wardrobe. all good. There is a kitchen with teas and coffee. Cleaning is everyday. Excellent value for money!

Cons: There is a stove and an oven but only one small pot for boiling like a couple of eggs. No utensils, no frying pans, etc. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes around of course but If you are on a budget or a special diet and plan to cook - choose another location.

Perfect for a Rome city break

Pros: The proximity to Rome was fantastic, easy walking distance to all the sights and close to Termini station The bed was very comfortable Marilena was great - really informative about the local area and facilitated our unexpected late check in without question The communal area was great for making a coffee in the mornings

Cons: The shower was very small There was a lot of noise late into the night and early in the morning (expected for the location) There were homeless people sleeping outside the front door

Pros: I really liked this place. It was clean, comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great — about a 15-minute walk to Roma Termini and the Colosseum.

Everything is okey!

Pros: Good location, cleanliness, room with balcony had a real Italian atmosphere. The kitchen had everything: coffee, tea, sugar, water, well equipped. Very helpful at the reception. There was also an elevator. I really liked the view from the balcony. 2 minutes to the metro, Termini is also close, it seemed like a safe area to us. If we were to go back, we would book the same place again.

I had an enjoyable stay and will come again

Pros: There is a little kitchen to use for light meals fitted with a stove, fridge, microwave, coffee machine. The place is central, within walking distance of all the major attractions. The metro is close buy for faster travel. All in all, the accommodation suited our needs. The room was comfortable and clean.

Lovely stay in Rome

Pros: A very nice stay in Rome. The place is cozy with a nice view. The area is ok. It’s not too far from the main attractions, it’s easy to get almost everywhere on foot. And the hostess is very sweet, gave us some advice on sightseeing and good restaurants nearby.

Cons: It would be great to have a washing machine in there.

Close to the metro and train stations

Pros: We stayed for 3 nights and we loved it. Marinela was really lovely for letting us put our belongings before the room was ready and give us a map of Rome with all the best attractions. The stay is super close to the metro station Vittorio Emanuele and is a 5 min walk to Terminii. Highly recommend.
