Good location for tourists
Pros: Great value for money - within walking distance to both the train station and Colliseum, close to bus and metro connections.
Cons: Windows are into a busy street, so if you are sensitive sleeper, better be ready. But if you're less into sleeping and more into visiting the city, the location and price makes it worth it.

Lovely clean room for our stay exploring Rome
Pros: Friendly staff. Room suited our needs. Short walk to Colosseum. Aircon was a lifesaver. We had a nice stay!
Cons: Very small shower, but worked well

Pleasant place to stay
Pros: Very secure place to stay especially for women travelling alone (3 locked doors to get in). Room had everything we needed.
Cons: Blockout curtains could have helped

Overall, the stay was okay
Pros: The location of the hotel was great and easy to get around. The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Cons: However, the bathroom had a constant bad smell, which was unpleasant.

Fun
Pros: The host was very kind and he explained to us everything we could do to Rome in 3 days. very helpful. The location is right next to the Metro and close to everything in general, the Train station is a 15 minute walk and only one station with the metro if you don’t want to walk. The place was very clean and every day the stuff when we were gone did some cleaning and refill all the snacks and coffee. Also there was plenty of hot water. I would recommend this place it was a nice experience.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and gave helpful tips, especially for first-time visitors to Rome. The location is excellent — the metro station is right in front of the building, Roma Termini is about a 10-minute walk from the accommodation, and all the main attractions (except the Vatican) can be reached on foot within 15–20 minutes. The room was tidy and clean, with daily cleaning of both the room and bathroom. The bed was comfortable, and the room was equipped with a TV with Netflix, a fridge, and a wardrobe. We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!
Cons: The only downside was that we only had two cups in the room and didn’t have a water glass, plates, or cutlery in case we wanted to eat in the room. I’m not sure, but I think there might be a shared kitchen available. Also, the pillows could be a bit more comfortable. However, these are just minor things and didn’t affect our overall impression of this lovely apartment or our experience in Rome. I would definitely come back!

Awesome. I already recommended the place to my other friends.
Pros: I am happy that the room looked exactly as in the photos on Booking. The staff was very patient. I really liked the professional and also kind communication with the staff and check-in and check-out without problem any time we said. They made our day with breakfast every day even though it was not included in the price and they did not have to. Fridge, kettle, nice room.
Cons: Maybe that I could hear someone having a shower but not very loudly. I thought it was raining all the time 😆

Great value
Pros: Location is great, for us was very important to be close to railway station. It is also walkable distance to Coliseum and other atractions. Super friendly host! Room was spacious and clean.
Cons: Neibourhood is not very cosy with some homeless people around, but at that proximity from the railway station it is expected in Italy. Not very fresh air in the room, but the room it self was nice and clean.
