Pros: Special mention to Milena, she was an amazing host - met us outside the property on arrival to show us round and how they operate. She also went above and beyond when noticing that we had washed our clothes so provided us with a drying rack AND gave us recommendations on where to eat/drink/shop around the area. I had also asked her advice on getting to the airport which then led to her kindly booking us a taxi and this all ran smoothly. Location of the property was good, close to train station and around 10-15 min walk to Colosseum.

Great stay.

Pros: Accessible location, close to Roma Termini with a metro station literally right outside the main door. Extremely clean. Giullia was extremely helpful and nice. Good amenities, communal kitchenette, coffee machine, kettle, stovetop. Private bathroom with nice water pressure. Spacious room with a TV with access to the WIFI.

Cons: The area surrounding isn’t the nicest although it isn’t too bad.

Pros: Friendly, polite and very helpful members of staff. Great location, close to main public transport to take you to the city centre in minutes, lots of shopping and places to eat very close by (worth exploring as area itself)

Cons: If you're looking for rooms with stunning views that is not the place for you at least my room backed into a courtyard with a high rise building in front so had to be mindful of who might be looking out from the quite few other windows in front

A Well-Equipped, Modern Accommodation

Pros: The host was incredibly kind and proactive in offering help. Unlike the exterior of the building, the interior of the room is fully modern, and I really loved the design. The shared space is also well-equipped with amenities like a microwave and coffee machine, which made the stay very convenient.

Nice location and friendly staff.

Pros: Clean apartments and there is everything for a short stay. Metro station is nearby. Giulia was very friendly and supportive.

Cons: Please be aware that location asks to fill in the form and to reserve either 200 euro or to pay non refundable approx 28 euro. Without this you will not get the entry key. We were surprised in a bad way since we thought we paid everything on booking.

Pros: Great property, very close to public transport. The host was very helpful recommending local restaurants. Facilities in the accommodation are very good such as water dispenser (including sparkling water and coffee machine)

Perfect place, clear & fast communication from host, no problems would recommend

Pros: Lovely place to stay, room was nicely decorated and so was the bathroom. Well equipped with everything we needed & good air con and WiFi. Kitchen has everything we needed too. Great clear communication from host, had no problems. Would recommend, great location also right by Termini train station (10 min walk ish) and about half an hour walk into main centre.
