Amazing stay with good service, the bathroom had a few small issues

Pros: The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the location was great. The shared kitchen area had some good facilities as well. We had great customer service and everything went smoothly.

Cons: The toilet had an annoying issue where the water would continue running after you flush it even though the button would return to hits normal position, and the shower doors didn’t shut completely and made the shower a bit tight.

Pros: We really like our stay! The location is great, you can walk to Colosseum in 10 minutes and reach all the key highlights by metro is 10-15 minutes. The apartment is super comfortable, clean and had everything you might need. Also liked the window view:) Giuliano was super helpful and friendly. I will definitely consider staying here again once I’m back to Rome:)

Cons: The sink and shower were a bit clogged, plus one evening there was a sudden hot water absence for maybe 1-2 hours. But in general, it didn’t bother us much:)

Pros: Very nice host, clean facility and beautiful balcony view.

Pros: I liked the cleanliness and the layout of the room. It was located in a safe area.

Cons: There is a misconception that the Termini station is a 10 mins walk away, but it is actually 10mins by the metro to get to the Termini station.

Fair price at a very nice location

Pros: Great place at a very nice location for a reasonable price. Loved the tiny balcony with a view to the city. Giuliano was a great host, and immediately attended to our needs, let it be extra blanket or late checkout. The breakfast place near the apartment is great for a very local experience. Free coffee and tea all day in the common area kitchen. We had a great time here and would come back anytime.

Cons: The mattress could be changed as it is a bit worn already, but otherwise no issues at all.

Pros: Location, room window view, shared kithen area with everything needed. Hosts were really ninice, always available and willing to advise the restaurant or orher places to visit.

Cons: Nearby hospital, so many ambulances were audible during night and day.

Good stay

Pros: Location is very good, metro is nearby, supermarkets are close, bars and restaurants are on the street. The view is also great. Size of the room is well above average for Rome.

Cons: Noise - if you are a light sleeper, take earplugs. With the nice view comes also the street noise (until late night and early in the morning). There is also noise coming through easily from the common areas (kitchen, hallway), where other guests are passing through.

Had a lovely stay. The room was spacious enough for 4 people. Giuls is loveky and good instructions on how to enter.

Pros: Very comfortable beds. Our host Giuls was very nice. Perfect location.

Cons: The shower wasn’t great.

Pros: Great place in center, 15minuts to koloseum, 5minuts to metro, great owner, clean rooms.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Guliano was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.
