Pros: lovely terrace with great view of the nearby church, newly decorated room with plenty of space for 2. fridge was well stocked and coffee and teas provided with the stay. the breakfast is served at a nearby coffee shop which served the most delicious fresh dishes.

Cons: i didn't mind it, but be aware is a top floor, and the last flight of stairs is not served by the elevator.

Pros: Great place to stay! Grocery store right downstairs – very convenient. Public transport is close and easy to use. The private terrace is just amazing for sunbathing and relaxing. From the airport, train and metro connections make it easy to reach the accommodation. Breakfast with good coffee and a cornetto was perfect. The Colosseum is within walking distance, and other sightseeing spots are super easy to reach by public transport. The host was super friendly, and the entrance with the red carpet is really cool. Plus, the elevator is definitely one to remember! Definitely recommend! 🇮🇹🍝🍕

Pros: My stay was absolutely fantastic! ✨ The room was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully arranged 🛏️🧼 – everything matched the description. I was truly amazed by the stunning view from the private terrace 🌅🌿 – it gave the place a special charm. The host was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive 😊🤝 I definitely recommend this place and would love to come back! 💛

Pros: Actually this place has a huge terrasse with an incredible view on St Giovanni Basilic. Terrasse has table, cosy lounge corner. Actually 200 people could stay on rhis terrasse. The location is also fantastic as you have access to the garden bordering the 2000 years old city wall. Taxi station is downstair, Metro Station is close and bus station also there! Room itself has big confortable bed. The big window allow you from the bed to see the illumination ofvthf Badilic by night. Included is the breakfast in the greatest coffee place of the area (Materia). Hi security doors. Also a safe for camera snd computer. Nice shower. Everything brdnd new. Fridge. Down the building is also a modern takeway open 7/7 where you csn buy drinks and all sort of food. Paolo the guest and son of the owner is highly educated with perfect english.

Pros: Perfect location, metro station just nearby, a supermarket in the same building, and an incredible view from the huge terrace that simply takes your breath away. The host is extremely attentive and caring. These apartments are definitely in the top 3 best places we have ever stayed in. Wishing you all the best and much success, Paolo! Posizione perfetta, la metro è proprio vicina, un supermercato nello stesso edificio e una vista dalla terrazza enorme che toglie il fiato. Il proprietario è molto attento e premuroso. Questi appartamenti sono sicuramente tra i tre migliori in cui siamo mai stati. Ti auguro tanta fortuna e tanto successo, Paolo!

Pros: Super lokalizacja z pięknym widokiem z tarasu, metro, autobusy, restauracje i sklepy blisko obiektu. Bardzo mili i pomocni właściciele. Mogliśmy wymeldować się kilka godzin później bo mieliśmy bardzo późny lot

Pros: Die Lage ist Perfekt! Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit ganz große Terrasse mit tollen Ausblick auf San Giovanni Kirche. War alles sauber bequem und praktisch. Es gab Kaffee und Tee, Shampoo und Duschgel. Der Besitzer der Unterkunft Paulo war sehr freundlich und Philips bereit. Ich würde die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Cons: Der Frühstückt ist im Café neben an, man bekommt ein Gutschein über 12€ für 2 Person , es reicht für ein Cappuccino und ein Croissant ( pro Person)

Die perfekte Unterkunft für eine mehrtägige Reise nach Rom.

Pros: Sensationelle Lage des Appartements direkt gegenüber der San Giovanni Kirche. Verkehrstechnisch ideal gelegen. Man ist mit dem Bus oder der Metro Ruck Zuck überall in der Stadt. Die Eltern vom Gastgeber waren supernett und haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber zu allen Fragen war top und reibungslos. Das Frühstück nimmt man zwei Straßenecken (ca 150 Meter vom Appartement entfernt) ein. Bzgl. der Ausstattung des Appartements hat uns nichts gefehlt.
