Everything was perfect
Pros: Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The room was not only practical but also beautifully decorated. It was impeccably clean, with daily housekeeping taking care of everything. Mr. Giuseppe was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, answering all our questions about Rome. We truly felt at home, with hosts who genuinely cared about us every day. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Rome!

Pros: Very very nice. The cleanest hotel I've ever seen. It feels that the hotel is loved of the owner. A lot of details that make the atmosphere comfortable and cosy. Very calm inside and outside. Giuseppe, Francesca, thank you for your hospitality and good dreams in your rooms.

Pros: Our stay at this guesthouse was absolutely perfect! The place is small and intimate, which made it feel very cozy and personal. Our room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and full of character, making it a wonderful retreat after exploring the city. One of the lovely touches was the selection of delicious candies, coffee, tea, and snacks available in the hallway – such a thoughtful detail! The receptionist was also incredibly helpful, providing great recommendations on what to see and do in Rome, which made our trip even better. If you're looking for a clean, charming, and welcoming place to stay in Rome, this guesthouse is a fantastic choice. Highly recommended!
Cons: Everything was perfect, though at times we could hear guests from the neighboring rooms.

Lovely place to stay in Rome, highly recommended.
Pros: The accommodation was very clean and well-maintained throughout our stay and the host was exceptionally welcoming and helpful from the night we arrived at the venue, Guiseppe is a great host and gave us all the details we needed to get around Rome and also the maps to help us navigate the city's attractions. Even though breakfast was not included, he had an arrangement with a café around the corner that serves freshly baked croissants and drinks which was subsidized for his guests and affordable too. The coffee machine at the reception was great. Overall, my daughter and I had a lovely stay and we will recommend it to our friends and families looking to travel to Rome. The Wi-Fi was great too.

Great room, near city center
Pros: The room was very clean, and well designed. There was everything you need, even coffee and tea in the shared kitchen. The host was very nice. The apartment is only 20 min walking distance from the Colosseum, so you can walk anywhere. And if you wish to use the metro, it is a few minutes away from the apartment.
Cons: Nothing bad to say about this apartment.
