Home away from home

Pros: Veronica was so helpful and kind. Felt like home. Good aircon in the room. Lovely sized room. Easy to access and contact. Lovely restaurant across the road. Easy to access via public transport. Was even allowed to leave my bags behind after check out to continue exploring the city.

Cons: The front door to the building was broken so hard to use the keys. This was overall building problem nit the guesthouse though.

Amazing

Pros: The breakfast was great room with the bathtub was amazing the hostess Veronica is one of a kind with her kindness and resourcefulness, and location was 12 min from Colosseum so yeah 12 out of 10.

Cons: Everything was great

Comfortable with tranquil garden space.

Pros: Rooms and kitchen facilities exceptionally clean and comfortable. The courtyard area was gorgeous and peaceful for a store bought lunch to be eaten. Even inspired to do some drawing. The owner was very helpful and understanding on arrival. The lady that setup the breakfast hours and room attendance was also incredibly helpful and understanding. A three night stay after a long haul flights was a pleasure.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Friendly helpful staff that communicated instantly and clearly with us (thank you, Veronica). There are only a few steps to get to our apartment. The bathroom was big and had a spa bath and a big shower. The separate dining room with a shelf in the fridge allocated to our apartment. Always open to make tea or coffee and have something to eat. Location that was close to transport (metro) and attractions (colosseum)

Cons: Nothing worth mentioning.

Overall, we had a fantastic stay and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome.

Pros: From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by our wonderful host, Veronica, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Her hospitality truly made a difference. The apartment is in a fantastic location! Being able to walk to the Colosseum was a real highlight and having a metro station nearby made exploring the rest of Rome a breeze. The rooms and bathroom were spotless and beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds.

Pros: Charming guest house with a friendly and helpful host. Clean, comfortable, and great location. Breakfast was delicious.

Great location, clean and comfy

Pros: The location is amazing, 20 mins walk from the Colosseum and an easy ride on the Metro from Termini. The whole BnB is clean and nicely decorated, in a traditional Roman townhouse building. They are in the process of adding a lift but there's no disabled access at the moment. A few steps to get up to, not too bad with heavy bags. Breakfast is self service, with a good variety of cakes and croissants/cereal. The staff was very helpful and is happy to provide extras/dietary alternatives for breakfast.

Pros: Very good silent accomodation near the ancient centre and metro station. Breakfast is selfservice with prepared components for each room in the kitchen. Or you can use friendly small coffee house nearby.

Cons: Do NOT ask for the tickets to the Colosseum and others in accomodation. Buy it in advance or use internet ticket services if you forget.

Pros: Great location, helpful friendly staff, clean, good breakfast.
