Good location and friendly staff

Pros: The hotel was at a good location and staff was friendly. We arrived late at night and were welcomed by Mattia who was extremely kind and helpful.

Lovely host, clean apartment and good location

Pros: Large room and bathroom, also very clean The feature detail on the ceiling was a bonus, felt like a boutique hotel The host Mattia was kind, helpful and responsive The area is not very touristy, but well connected, 20 min walk to Colosseum. Tube and tram stop are around the corner too

Cons: We could hear the other guests on the corridor (the door itself is not very soundproof), otherwise the walls are thick Room facing the garden was a bit dark

Feels like home – thanks to a great host and perfect location.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay! Mattia was a fantastic host – very welcoming and genuinely tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible. He recommended several restaurants that we really enjoyed. Thanks to him, we felt completely at home and would love to come back if we get the chance. The apartment is conveniently located close to the station – easy to reach either on foot or by metro, though walking is absolutely doable.

Cons: The only small issue we had was with the front door key from the street – it can be a bit tricky and takes some practice to open. We recommend asking Mattia to show how it works during check-in.

Pros: Very clean and comfortable. The staff was also very nice :) I highly recommend it.

Cons: The noise coming from the outside was too much during the night. Keep that in mind if you’re a light sleeper. Also, the pictures make it look much more luxurious than it actually is, although it is a very beautiful room

Pros: Very nice room, comfortable bed, and beautiful place.

Cons: My room was facing the rather noisy street. So if you mind noisy streets, ask for a room facing the inside garden. Will do that next time
