B&B Next Stop

Pros: Excellent location of the hotel — just a few minutes from the метро station. We managed to visit all the main attractions on foot in just two days. The room was wonderful: clean and cozy. The hostess is a lovely person, always in touch with us and ready to help with any questions. We really enjoyed everything.

Perfect place to stay in beautiful Rome!

Pros: The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Breakfasts are delicious. Location is perfect - metro station just around the corner and if you wish to walk Coloseum is just 20 minutes away 😎 Great spot for short city-break!

Great location, close to metro and easy walk to Colosseum and other nearby ancient sites.

Pros: Our host Paola was friendly and very helpful with booking arrangements including airport pickup service, late check in and local restaurant recommendations. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Also loved the location nearby to the metro, restaurants and easy walk to main attractions including Colosseum. Breakfast that Paola arranged each morning was excellent.

Cons: Shower over bathtub was a bit narrow but still quite manageable.

Pros: We really liked everything, nice, clean, very good location.

Great location to explore Rome in a calm & beautiful area.

Pros: Paola was super friendly, responded immediatley, and prepared a nice breakfast. The apartment was in a calm area but still very central, with bus and train was everything easily available (it was too hot for walking). Many good restaurants were around and we got good recommendations from Paola.

Perfect distance betweek Termini and Colosseum

Pros: It is within 20min walking from the Colosseum, but also close to Termini, although not as close as to be in the shady dangerous area. We had a 2min walking supermarket for a few things we needed and bus or metro in less than minutes walking distance to go to plenty of other farther places. The bed was comfortable and we slept really well, even though it was hot, the trees in the yard were creating shades in the afternoon and windows closed well so that the school nearby noise not to be an issue. Paola was very nice and mindful, gave us info and recommendations and she speaks several languages 😊

Cons: We had some issue with the shower cap not working properly and we appreciated the host fixing that one of the days without us having had the time to share it with her.

Great location, nice hosts and comfortable room.

Pros: Paola and Pietro were incredibly nice and welcoming and made sure we felt at home and even gave us tips about restaurants and places to visit. The property is very well located, close to the Manzoni Metro Station and a 10 minute walk to the Colosseum. The room is quiet, the bed is super comfortable, and despite getting super hot in the summer, there is a fan that you can keep in silent mode through the night. We just wished it had a mini fridge in the room to store some bottles of water. Everything is super clean! The breakfast had more variety than we expected, it’s not an English breakfast but there’s enough to chose from and the hosts try to have different things every day.

Cons: There is nothing to report.

If we went back to Italy we would definitely stay here again.

Pros: We enjoyed our 2 night stay very much. Included breakfast was great and the bed was amazing compared to other venues in Italy. Host Paola was very helpful anytime we needed to ask for her assistance. Location was really good as it was only a 10-15 minute walk to the Colosseum. We had Chinese food for dinner on the first night and Italian food the second night which were both recommended. Thanks for your hospitality.

A great stay at the B&B!

Pros: We liked the decor, the breakfast, the helpful host Paola, and all the pillows!!!

Pros: Paola was a brilliant host, so friendly and welcoming! the room has everything we needed for our 4 days in Rome. Location was also good, 15/20 mins walking to colosseum and in a cute neighborhood with metro, shops and restaurants nearby!
