Pros: Highly recommend this place! The room is just like in the pictures, and the host is very prompt. It's a 10-minute walk from Termini and 15 minutes from the Colosseum, located in a quiet and clean area. We had a great time!

Cons: One small detail to note regarding housekeeping: we usually left the room around 11:00 AM, and by that time, it seemed the cleaning staff had already finished their shift, so we didn't cross paths. However, there was a cabinet in the hallway stocked with fresh towels, which was very convenient as we were able to help ourselves. Overall, a great experience and we highly recommend it!

Pros: It was a very pleasant 3-night stay. The staff, Andrea, always communicated and explained everything very well. The self check-in was easy to do, and the room and bathroom were spotless and welcoming – everything was good, perfect. I recommend it and would definitely return next time.

Cons: The location is close to Termini station, and it's about a 15/20mim walk from the Colosseum, so it's worthwhile for those who will be using public transport or starting their tour on foot.

3-days stay at rome!

Pros: A very big and clean room, very close to the center of rome and the termini station. It was quite, felt very safe, the owner was amazing and helpfull, and there was tea, coffee, milk and other things that we appreciated! We would definitely stay here again!

Pros: Everything was very good. Location - close to the metro. Transport is good and you can get to the center very quickly. It was clean. Simple and understandable instructions for self-check-in. The host was always available. He gave the necessary advice and easily solved everything.

Pros: 100% recommended! The check-in instructions, friendliness, and attentiveness were excellent. They recommended places to visit. Transportation was very close by, and the location was central, with a supermarket, restaurants, and other shops nearby. The room was quite spacious. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Thank you!

Great location with very helpful and kind staff

Pros: Great location, about 15 minutes walk from Termini, but it is easily accessibly with bus. The bus stop is some metres from the apartment. There are great bars around the block with super coffee and bakery.

Cons: Our room was facing the street which is busy so there is some noise coming from the street even though the thick windows.
