Had amazing stay here !

Pros: I loved staying here. The location is great, near metro station, the apartment was clean and very comfortable. I was impressed that there were hotel slippers left on the bed with the towels, this is very convenient for every stay! We had a kitchen area with everything you need, free coffee, biscuits, tea. They really care for their guests and I loved every second of it!

Cons: There was a bad smell from the canal, which can be fixed easily.

Perfect apartment for discovering Rome

Pros: We had a wonderful stay. The property was so good and the staff so helpful. We felt very safe in the apartment. We were very close to the trains which made getting around very easy.

Cons: At first I felt a little worried about the area but once we started walking around I had no concerns. The apartment is very well secured.

Pros: I spent a few wonderful days at De Vince Suites Luxury Rooms -ROMA TERMINI and honestly couldn’t have picked a better place to stay in Rome. The location is perfect – everything is within walking distance, yet the area is peaceful and quiet. Most of the main attractions were easy to reach on foot or by a short metro ride. The room was very clean, comfortable, and stylishly decorated. The bed was cozy, the bathroom was modern, and the Wi-Fi worked flawlessly. I also really appreciated the daily cleaning service and the coffee and tea station – such a nice touch! The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. Even before I arrived, communication was smooth and professional. Once there, they gladly shared tips on where to eat like a local and what to see beyond the typical tourist spots. I truly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, atmosphere, and a fantastic location. I’ll definitely be back!

Pros: 1 min to the metro. 10 mins to train station. 4 levels of security ie. Main door. Lift. Apartment, room. Next ro kitchen area.

A perfect stay- Would come again!

Pros: We had a great stay! The communication and support from the host were excellent—very responsive and helpful throughout. The location was perfect, with public transport easily accessible and everything we needed close by. A special highlight were the breakfast coupons for nearby cafés, which allowed us to enjoy a lovely breakfast worth €10 at different spots in the area—such a nice touch! All in all, this place is a clear recommendation. If we visit Rome again, we’ll definitely choose this accommodation once more!

A really modern, cosy clean and comfortable room if you want to be near Roma Termini

Pros: Very clean and comfortable. The bed was really good and the communication was very good.

Cons: I thought it was a bit more central, the location is pretty good: near Roma Termini, but a lot of places to visit are >45 minutes walking.
