Hotel Marco Polo Rome

Nice and easy visit

Pros: I had a wonderful experience in Rome thanks to Marco Polo . He was extremely professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the city. He made the entire experience smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. Marco Polo knows all the best places and gives great recommendations, making you feel comfortable and well taken care of. If you are visiting Rome and want someone trustworthy and professional to guide you, I highly recommend him. It truly made my time in Rome even more special.

Cons: I had a good experience with Marco Polo in Rome. He was friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. He gave useful tips about the city and made my visit smoother and more enjoyable. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend him to others visiting Rome.

Pros: Receptionists were great (especially Luca!) Proximity to sightseeing places Breakfast croissants☺️ Silence despite central location Very close by markets and transport hub (e.g. bus stops and Termini train station)

Cons: Could be cleaner Breakfast missing vegatables

Awesome Hotel

Pros: Everything was so awesome specially it is located in one of the best location staffs are really helpful.

Cons: I wish It could have a balcony.

Excellent stay for my family. Room is clean and modern. Nice and friendly staff.

Pros: We like the location. Close to train station and so many choices of restaurants around the area. Laundromat nearby. Staff (Joseph, Lily, Weng) were nice and friendly. Highly recommended.

Cons: Elevator is old but still does its job.

Pros: My room was super clean.perfect location you can find coffee and food just one minute walk also the basic termini for every metro location .Fondi place for the morning espresso

A clean and fairly priced (in off season) hotel near Termini

Pros: I was very impressed - close to Termini (an area I usually avoid) but a good hotel. My second visit.

Pros: It's near the train station & you could leave your luggage if your planning to check in again when you come back.

Cons: The exhaust fan is not strong so we can smell the odor of the toilet.

Pros: The staff are so nice and helpful. They have filipino staff as well which makes me comfortable to stay

Cons: No cups for coffee but you can request

Pros: Location .. 2-3 minutes walk from Rome Central station

Cons: It was an old property not renovated as per today’s requirement & was expensive . Kettle was there but no cups .. smelly had to open windows to get rid of smell . Shower was broken and water flow was low

Pros: The staff were very polite and the afternoon/evening shift male gave us a late check out. The bed was comfortable and room and toilet are clean and spacious.

Cons: The air conditioning was very weak.
