Pros: Beautiful large living room, very nice, cosy and modern. The balcony leaves you the chance to take a breath of air. Nice and super clean everything- the host super easy going and helpful
Cons: I cannot point out something i did not like. Maybe the fact that I thought it was in the Trasvestere known neighbourhood, but it is 30 min walk till there

Pros: Notre hôte Alberto, sympathique et très réactif. Appartement propre, spacieux, confortable.
Cons: L'emplacement du logement est plus éloigné (environ 3 km) du quartier Trastevere que son nom pourrait laisser penser. Il est assez ancien proche de la gare (environ 800 m) toutefois.

Pros: После долгой прогулки по Риму ортопедически матрац и ортопедические подушки были кстати! Есть так же сушилка отдельно! Все необходимые предметы все до мелоцей! Очень хороший набор шампуней и гелей для душа! Нетфликс, интернет скоросной, магазины рядом, Отдельное спасибо хозяину! Очень хороший человек!

Pros: We had a great stay! The host was very helpful and friendly—he even let us check in early so we could drop off our luggage, which was much appreciated. He also helped carry our bags upstairs, which was a nice touch. The place was very clean, with a good washer and dryer, and a lovely balcony. There was an ironing board but no iron, which wasn’t a big deal. The location is super convenient—right in the middle of the block with tons of shops and places to explore nearby. Would definitely stay here again! The host even gave us 2 keys since there were two of us and we had a different itinerary it was easy to come/go without depending on the other person.
Cons: Small shower and difficult to get the water temperature right in the shower.

Accoglienza e pulizia
Pros: Ottima accoglienza da parte del proprietario, che ha mostrato enorme disponibilità e prontezza per le nostre esigenze. Casa estremamente pulita, ben posizionata e con spazi corrispondenti alle foto. Nelle immediate vicinanze tutto ciò che può essere utile: supermercati, farmacie, negozi, bar, ristoranti, stazioni autobus, tram, treni, ecc.

Geweldig.
Pros: Dat we alvast de bagage mochten neerzetten en meteen de sleutels meekregen inclusief uitleg. De locatie is super, busverbinding voor de deur. Treinstation is op loopafstand. Keuken van alle gemakken voorzien. Inclusief wasmachine en droger. Meer dan voldoende restaurants, winkels en supermarkten in de buurt.
Cons: Helemaal niets. De host was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. En bij vragen was een appje voldoende en daar werd ook meteen op gereageerd. Ik had bijvoorbeeld een beetje verwarring over de afvalscheiding (4 verschillende bakken), maar op die vraag werd meteen gereageerd. Dus kortom, een aanrader.

Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für einen Aufenthalt in Rom
Pros: Tolle Lage, um das Zentrum mit dem Bus, der Bahn oder auch zu Fuß zu erreichen (zur Spanischen Treppe sind es beispielsweise 5km zu laufen). Belebte Umgebung, die fußläufig alles bietet, was man benötigt (z. B. Supermarkt, Cafés, Restaurants). Die Unterkunft ist insgesamt gut ausgestattet und sauber. Es wurden Handtücher, Seife, Duschgel und Shampoo zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Host Alberto war überaus hilfsbereit, zuverlässig und freundlich. Kommunikation sowie Ein- und Auschecken haben einwandfrei geklappt.
Cons: Die Ausstattung der Küche mit Besteck, Geschirr und Kochutensilien könnte verbessert werden. Im Badezimmer fehlen Möglichkeiten, sämtliche Handtücher für bis zu drei Gäste aufhängen zu können. Wir haben uns mit dem kleinen Wäscheständer aus der Kammer beholfen.

Хотелось бы что бы в квартире был утюг, все остальное было.
Pros: Апартаменты с хорошим ремонтом, все было чистым. Мы задержались и приехали на заселения на 2 часа позже, нас встретили хорошо) Нам посоветовали хорошие места для ужина и где лучше всего погулять. Это был первый раз в Риме. До центра на такси 15-20 евро. Ещё бы вернулись сюда!
