Very pleasant experience

Pros: EVERYTHING!!! Location is extremely near to basically every sightseeing spot and it is quite quiet as well. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was nice, clean and very stylish. I would recommend to everyone and definitely would come back again.

Really great staff member and great location 🫶🏽

Pros: The room was beautiful and the bed was probably the best hotel bed. The staff member was also amazing, he went out of his way to facilitate us.

Cons: Just the entrance on the ground level, but once you get to floor 1 it’s all good.

Pros: Super stylish and clean. The staff was super nice and the bed was really comfy. Even though it’s in a busy area it was super quiet. Would stay here again for sure

Cons: They didn’t refill the water bottles every day but that’s fine

Pros: The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Michael was a great help with any queries we had and his support made a lot of difference to our stay. The location near Piazza del Popolo is excellent.

Cons: The window did not close properly and so on our first night the room was too cold and noisy. Once Michael had fixed the problem the sound proofing worked and the room kept warm.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. It was very nice to come “home “ to after a full day

Pros: The staff were excellent and very helpful. The room was clean and no noise from outside despite the hotel being close to many attractions. And yes, very convenient to go to the main points of interest.

Cons: It’s minor but we could use full length mirror in the room we were in.

A new and chic boutique hotel in the heart of Rome

Pros: The rooms are recently renovated and everything is new, the coffee machine in the room is a big plus. The location is great, you can easily walk everywhere and there are many nice restaurants around. The personnel is very kind and helpful.

Cons: The room is quite small, not suitable for a long stay. Also, some minor things are missing, such as more space for storage in the bathroom or some hangers for the jackets. The entrance is quite easy to miss and there’s no elevator.

Excellent location, superb guest services

Pros: Hotel is very safe, very clean, very well maintained and the staff is always looking to accomodate all needs. Location is superb- metro station is 5 minutes away, main shopping street is 1 minute away and you can reach all attractions by foot or metro. Highly recommended!
