Navona Open Space Apartments

Great apartment!

Pros: Amazing location, great amenities, friendly service, we got everything we needed and more! Shower gels, coffee capsules, soft towels and comfortable bedsheets. The apartment is beautiful!

Cons: The shower door is creaking very loudly, so it's hard to shower at night without waking up the other person 😅 our apartment was on the ground floor opposite the building entrance door, so we could hear people coming in and out which was a bit frustrating at night.

A great location, but several comfort issues significantly affected the overall experience.

Pros: •\tPerfect location in the very center of Rome — all major attractions are within walking distance. \t•\tSlippers were provided. \t•\tLate check-in was allowed during Christmas, which we really appreciated.

Cons: •\tA very strong and unpleasant sewage smell in the bathroom. \t•\tThe bathroom door cannot be locked. \t•\tThere is no light in the small corridor where the kitchenette is located. We reported this, but the light bulb was never replaced. \t•\tThe sofa in the living room is extremely squeaky and very loud with even the slightest movement.

Pros: Excellent location, easy access to the amenities and the main tourist attraction.

Cons: Towels were really old and used, bathroom/toilet very small, beds too soft, the cleaning was not completed under the sofa bed. The stairs to the apartment are very steep (should be mentioned in the description as this is very relevant info when travelling with a heavy suitcase).

Pros: The location was fantastic if you want to experience culture and life in Rome.

Great base for exploring Rome

Pros: Ideal location for exploring Rome, good facilities in the apartment.

Great Appartment, well located

Pros: Good communication prior to arrival, especially helpful due to train delays from Flornece. The apartment was a great size, and with my case not joining me, the washing machine was very handy. A number of nice restaurants/bars immediately as you exit the apartment and only a 15-minute walk to the Vatican and 35 to the Colosseum.

Cons: Step narrow stairs to the first floor and the door to the street was very heavy, the young lady who met us offered to take my wife's case. Was not a problem for us,

Central Roma

Pros: The location was very central. Jibz was really helpful and went out of his way for us.

Cons: The decor was a bit outdated

Exceeded expectations- would highly recommend

Pros: Located in a busy area with lots of restaurants and bars. Beautiful roof terrace. Very attentive manager.

Cons: Quite a noisy area which did not concern us but may be a consideration for others. Only a couple of small (quite expensive) mini markets nearby.

We loved staying here, it was perfect for us as a family of 4 with a few days to spend in Rome.

Pros: Everything: It’s a lovely apartment, in a perfect location and with all facilitates you need.

Cons: The only thing is from the pictures we thought there was a roof terrace which apparently was not part of our room. I didn’t think that was clear in advertising.

We had less than 48 hours in Rome - this was a great base from which to see as much of Rome as possible in this time. We

Pros: Location. Comfy beds (including sofa bed which comfortably slept two 5’4 teenagers) Decent air con. Concierge Jibz was helpful - went and bought some laundry pods so we could use the machine.

Cons: Kitchen could be better equipped - not enough glasses for four of us and no tea towel. Also, the floor was pretty dirty - in particular the kitchen floor rug.
