Brilliant base sfor our international rugby weekend in Rome.

Pros: Price (for a 3-bed room with en-suite) was good for a major European capital city - we had no need for on-site dining, so the room on its own was perfect. Location (near Termini - the central rail, underground and bus hub) was ideal for getting to and from the airports and around Rome itself. We used a cab-hailing app with great ease since there were always cabs in the area. The location enjoys numerous good/excellent restaurants. Jonny, the concierge, was extremely and proactively helpful.

Cons: Not really a dislike but let’s be clear, it’s not a hotel. It is a well-maintained, large multi-storey building housing residential and holiday lets.

Pros: It was good value for money. Room and bathroom was clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Daily clraning was also ok.

Cons: I do not like old blanket and flat sheet styles. I do not trust the hygiene of the blankets..

Excellent Stay with Wonderful Staff!

Pros: The hotel staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The location is great, the hotel is safe and clean, and the service was excellent. Their flexible and accommodating approach was really appreciated. When I visit Rome again, I would love to stay at this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you, my friend!

Pros: The staff were extremely helpful. Even though we didn’t request it, they upgraded our room for free from a shared bathroom to a larger room with a private bathroom. The room was very clean and comfortable. Steven was especially attentive — he even offered us wine. They also allowed us to leave our luggage for the whole day so we could explore Rome comfortably. If I come to Rome again, I will definitely stay here.
