I highly recommend this hotel. An elegant hotel in a very quiet area

Pros: Rooms are beautiful, clean and quiet. The staff was super helpful and the decor of the hotel beautiful

Cons: The A/C in the room was not working properly and could not be fixed so we were offered another room

An exceptional stay with outstanding hospitality, thoughtful service, and an overall fantastic

Pros: Our experience was wonderful. The reception staff were incredibly kind and amazing and polite., everything was just perfect the room was extremely clean. Even though it was our first time at the hotel, they upgraded our room and offered us our first breakfast for free. Their generosity and hospitality made our stay truly special.

Cons: It would be even nicer if breakfast were included instead of costing extra, but other than that, everything was fantastic and truly fabulous. The hospitality and overall experience made our stay very special., we will surely visit again.

Loved the welcome by staff at reception. Nice design, comfortable rooms, quiet area but you need to enjoy walking a lot.

Pros: Stylish hotel with very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons: Location: a bit remote from the main attractions. Not terribly far but requiring 20 min walk or taxi services. Public transport (bus services) are a shambles in Rome, essentially useless unless you get lucky and one shows up just when you need it.

Pros: Very good location, close ro roma termini train station. The hotel staff very polite and friendly. Perfect cleanliness, comfortable room, pretty and Interesting decoration...I wold go back without thinking.
