Pros: Nice, spacious well-provisioned flat in a very convenient location. Perfect for two couples or a family. Nice views into a private courtyard.

Cons: Key greeter was unfamiliar with unit and no receipt book for requested cash payment of city tax. However thankfully open to alternate arrangements.

Pros: The apartments location was perfect. Close to main attractions and nice eateries. The A/C worked great during the hot Roman summer and host was very responsive to requests. We would stay here again for sure.

Pros: The location was perfect, it made sightseeing incredibly convenient as many attractions were reachable on foot. The apartment was cozy and clean. Alberto was very accommodating and provided great tips on local eateries and attractions. Communication with Alberto and Andrea was seamless from start to finish.

Pros: Location, location, location. Space in the apartment and rooms were great. A very quiet place both during the day and at night.

Cons: Needs a bigger coffee maker, soap, shower gel/shampoo provided in a small single use packets. We had to get our own shampoo, shower gel and hand soap. The Minimarket is next door and has all these supplies available but for the money paid one would expect a sufficient supply of hand soup, shampoo and shower gel especially for the apartment with two full bathrooms.
