Very enjoyable stay

Pros: Clean and tidy apartment, very friendly and helpful staff, great location. Beautiful stay

Cons: Checking in was difficult with no clear instructions given prior to us arriving. Full information should have been given before we got here. But staff were very helpful once we reached out to them.

High quality apartment in a great location

Pros: Very good location, quite area, nice building with lift. Clean, pleasant and comfortable apartment with 1 big bed and 1 sofa which can be easily turned into a bed. So 2 pairs (4 people) can sleep. You need to request extra linen and blanket in advance. Electric tea pot, dishes, iron, washing machine are available.

Cons: It would be convenient to have at least a bottle of water in the fridge upon arrival and a piece of coffee for the coffeemaker to understand what type of coffee to use in it. Also would be good to have washing liquid to wash dishes as no reason to buy the full bottle for just couple of days.

Pros: 4 decent sized sleeping areas, 2 bedrooms and 2 sofa beds in separate rooms

Cons: Poor internet connection

If you want a clean, spacious apartment in a safe shopping area, this apartment is probably what you’ll need.

Pros: The apartment is in a safe area. It’s near a Carrefour Express convenient store & has lots of local and international retails shops nearby. Almost everything is within walking distance & bus stops are a few steps away. Mario, the caretaker, was very helpful & can easily be contacted. The unit was clean, newly renovated & has the important amenities. We rented the 2 units in Ripetta & it comfortably fits a family of 5.

Cons: We had some trouble with the water pressure & heating, especially at night. Be careful when using the elevator since it’s quite finicky to use.

Pros: Ottima posizione, appartamento comodo e accogliere. Check-in facile e veloce.

Отличная квартира в центре города со всем необходимым

Pros: Отличная квартира, в которую помещаются 4 человека. Мы жили вдвоем и 2 ванные комнаты на двоих было привилегией по сравнению с другими квартирами. Чисто, много места, чтобы и отдохнуть, и выпить вина. Местоположение отличное, до площади Popolo — 1 минута, до площади испании — около 10 минут, рядом много магазинов. Большим преимуществом является лифт, что редкость для Италии. Милый хозяин квартиры, который готов помочь с любыми вопросами. Есть все необходимое: стиралка, свч, чайник, сейф, кофеварка, два фена, гель для душа и шампунь. Очень рекомендуем пребывание в этой квартире.

Cons: Из минусов можно выделить только , что собственная кухня, которая находится в общем коридоре, но к этому быстро привыкаешь.

Ottimo appartamento in pieno centro

Pros: La posizione è ottima, a due minuti da Piazza del Popolo; quindi in centro. Locale molto pulito. Ho apprezzato il fatto che, essendo in quattro, c'era un doppio bagno.

Cons: Se proprio devo trovare una cosa da migliorare, la possibilità di aprire la finestra anche al piano soppalcato superiore.

Apartamento muito bonito, novo e bem equipado. Ótima localização

Pros: Adorei ficar nesse bairro, perto da praça, de restaurantes e lojas. O anfitrião é super atencioso.

Cons: O elevador do prédio é bem pequeno, mas o apartamento é perfeito.

Una buona soluzione per chi vuole vivere Roma

Pros: La posizione centrale vicina alla metro, bus, taxi . Piazza de popolo non ha bisogno di ulteriori commenti. Meravigliosa

Cons: L’ascensore un po’ piccolo ricavato in un palazzo storico… forse non si poteva fare di più

Apartamento bonito y magníficamente ubicado

Pros: La ubicación, la estética, la amabilidad de la persona encargada.

Cons: Se echa en falta una alcachofa en la ducha
