Cozy Penthouse with Terrace and Rome View

Pros: The location of the apartament is quiet. The apartament was clean when we arrived. The kitchen is fully functional. Air conditioning works great. I liked the terrace especially, it has a great view and it's perfect for breakfast. I found the booking very worth it, considering the low price.

Cons: The elevator only worked once during my 4 nights stay, which was a little inconvenient considering the apartament is at the 5th floor. Not really a big issue, it is possible that we didn't know how to use it. I also couldn't find a bucket to properly clean the floor.

Tolle Gegend, tolles Apartment mit Blick über die Stadt! Absolut empfehlenswert!!

Pros: Erstmal ist die Lage sehr schön und der Blick über die Dächer umwerfend! Das Apartment ist sehr schön eingerichtet! Die Kommunikation war sehr gut. In erreichbarer Nähe gibt es viele Möglichkeiten mit Bus & Tram ins Zentrum zu gelangen. Supermärkte und auch ein richtiger Markt sind in der Nähe. Nicht touristisch, hier leben ganz normale Römer*innen!;-)

Pros: Las vistas desde la terraza sin dudas son el punto fuerte de este departamento...increíble. El lugar estaba equipado con todo lo necesario para cocinar y productos de higiene y limpieza. Las camas eran cómodas y la ubicación bastante buena ya que tiene el tranvía que te lleva al centro. El check in y check out del departamento muy fácil. El departamento está decorado en un manera muy original y mantiene la esencia de la propietaria original.

Cons: El baño es bastante pequeño y el hinodoro no carga tan rápidamente. El lavarropas tenía algunos problemitas de pérdida de agua. El ascensor también tiene un sistema medio raro pero no tiene nada que ver con el departamento. El resto todo OK.

Estadía en Roma

Pros: La ubicación nos ha venido genial porque está cerca de un familiar Y además tiene a pocos metros el tranvía que te deja bien ubicado para hacer turismo. Las vistas.

Cons: El sofá-cama de la sala es amplio para 2 personas pero muy incómodo, no se duerme bien y como tiene muchos ventanales, desde que amanece estás a plena luz. La entrada al piso es muy tarde y la salid muy pronta para el precio que tiene. La ducha tiene muy poca o escasa presión de agua.

Die Wohnung ist der Hammer.

Pros: Die Wohnung hatte ein großen Balkon. Zudem war die Wohnung schön und sauber. Es ist sehr ruhig dort und die Nachbarn sind alle sehr freundlich.

Cons: Am ersten Tag hatten wir von 15 Uhr bis fast 18 Uhr kein Strom. In dieser Zeit war es sehr warm in Rom und wir hatten Nix was uns abkühlt.

Pros: Отлично цена качество находится 20 минутах от центра города очень удобно чисто итальянский район а не туристический. Особенно хочу подчеркнуть огромный балкон где мы завтракали с большим удовольствием

Pros: Bardzo fajny apartament. Taras robi niesamowitą robotę. Wygodne łózko. W kuchni jest wszystko co jest niezbędne na 4 dniowy pobyt. Przystanek autobusowy - 5 minut ( autobus H z Roma Termini ( dworzec główny)). Apartament jest oddalony od centrum miasta - 40min. Supermarket Todis - 10 minut na pieszo od apartamentu. Winda!!!! Apartament na 5 piętrze.

Cons: Odnalezienie skrytki na klucze , to był mega problem, a szczególnie o 1.00 w nocy . Bardzo proszę właściciela apartamentu rozmieścić na instrukcji korzystania z apartamentu zdjęcie ze strzałką gdzie jest skrytka.

Pros: Lokalizacja, teras, WIFI a w ofercie napisano, że nie ma. Mikro winda 😁

Cons: Problem ze znalezieniem klucza, okazało się że box wisi na płocie obok budynku 21. Na szczęście sąsiedzi szybko nam pomogli 😁

Me sentí en casa !

Pros: Es un lugar muy acogedor y encantador. Se percibe la calidez de quien lo ofrece. Perfecto para quedarse en pareja. Tiene recomendaciones de donde comer y donde tomar transporte.

Cons: En mi caso yo requiero aún más instrucciones detalladas de funcionamiento de ascensor, de lavadora, de entrada a la casa.
