Pros: Our stay at the property fully met our expectations. We were a group of four and had plenty of space – the large, comfortable terrace was a real highlight. The host, Lisa, was incredibly friendly and helpful. The accommodation offers excellent value for money. Although the location is a bit outside the city center, getting there is easy – tram number 8 departs directly from outside the building and takes you to the center quickly and conveniently. There's also a great steakhouse nearby that's definitely worth a visit. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would be happy to come back!

Very good, good location, comfortable and spacious place.
Pros: Very spacious and lovely place, comfortable and clean, kitchen with all the necessary appliances needed if you want to cook. Good location close to bus and train stops, easy to come and go from Rome center.
Cons: I wasn't sure about how the heater works, about two nights it didn't want to heat up at all so it was a bit chilly outside blankets, though if spoken to our host the issue could've been resolved, but because underneath the blankets it was alright we didn't see the need to talk to the host.

Pros: Beautiful accomodation, nice area - in front of the building is a green park with trees. It is about 30 - 40 min from the center of the city by publick transport. Tram or bus is 5 min from the house.

Best place in Rome!
Pros: The cleanliness and terrace are a super positive. Also right across from a park when having kids along after a long day out site seeing the park was a good place to end the day.
Cons: N/A There is nothing bad to say about this place. Located in a great place for easy bussing to the main attractions and far enough away that you don't feel that crazy tourist price.

Pros: Unser Aufenthalt in Rom war unvergesslich! Ein großer Teil davon ist der außergewöhnlichen Gastfreundschaft der Gastgeber dieser wunderbaren Ferienwohnung zu verdanken. Von unserer Ankunft an wurden wir auf das Herzlichste empfangen.Die Wohnung selbst war ein wahrer Rückzugsort nach einem langen Tag voller Erkundungen. Sie war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und blitzsauber, auch mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt. Wir haben uns dort sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die ideale Lage der Wohnung ermöglichte uns viele Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu erreichen. Wir würden diese Unterkunft ohne jede Einschränkung weiterempfehlen und hoffen sehr, bald wiederkommen zu können! Vielen Dank für alles!

Pros: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, bez problemu można dojechać do głównych atrakcji Rzymu (uwzględniając spacer ok. 10 min.) Okolica cicha i spokojna, ale restauracji i kawiarni pod dostatkiem. Mieszkanie czyste, ładne jak na zdjęciach. Żelazko na miejscu ;) Plusem jest mini przewodnik przygotowany przez gospodarzy, zapas herbat i kaw oraz miła niespodzianka na przywitanie.
Cons: Dość chłodno w mieszkaniu, zależy w jakiej porze roku odwiedzamy (ogrzewanie zależne od zarządcy kamienicy, nie od właścicieli). Właściciele zaproponowali dodatkowo piloty do klimatyzacji, aby się dogrzać, to na plus ;) Aby dojechać z lotniska po godz. 22 do lokalizacji, trzeba nastawić się na taksówkę.
