Pros: Good location and very easy entry with a QR code. Helpful host who helped when we left a mobile phone in a taxi. Clean, spacious apartment, ideal for a family.

Cons: Luggage storage would have been useful. We were unable to use the safe as it was locked in the open position.

A BEAUTIFUL AND COMFORTABLE APARTMENT IN THE HEART OF ROME

Pros: The location and quality of the apartment are really excellent, it was very clean and tidy so I absolutely recommend it

Cons: Unfortunately, being on the first floor and on a fairly busy road, you could hear the cars passing by and people shouting (but this is obviously not the host's fault).

I highly recommend the place

Pros: Very clean and comfortable- I went with my family including 3 kids - we had great stay. Very well located, we had restaurants and terraces everywhere! The service was amazing! I forgot my bag in the property and emanuel sent it to me to london!

Cons: One of the mattresses was too soft !

Pros: -Excellent neighborhood / close to streets like via del corso, via del babuino having many shops, cafes, gelato shops etc. Also close to spanish steps-piazza di Spagna -Excellent location / very close to Piazza Del Popolo and Villa Borghese -Spacious apartment (Venere) / incl. two spacious bedrooms & two bathrooms -Photos in Booking very close to reality -Communicarion with the owner / Kindly accommodated our arrival & departure times

Cons: -Even though the transfer from the airport to the apartment was advertised as included in the booking/paid price, after communicating with the owner we were informed that this service was not available. -The house shows some signs of wear and tear from regular use in some things (i.e wardrobe doors, chair armrest etc) which was not a deterrent factor or of primary importance to our stay there.

Pros: The apartment was excellent, few things need to change.

Cons: WiFi must be more powerful and Central heating is required for this type of building.

Pros: Loved it and the owner, recommending to all my friends

Pros: Central location, nice area, easy to find and easy to access with the QR code. Super clean! Nice linen, towels and amenities provided. Big apartment with 3 large rooms, beds normal size, i think 180x200. Very functional kitchen but no living area, which was fine as we spent the days outside. We will definetly return.

Cons: Quite loud outside from the airco from the building next door. Water pressure is not good, in one bathroom shower only dripped so we couldn’t use it, but there were two bathrooms, so all ok.

Fantastic position, really comfortable. Super spot to explore Rome from.

Pros: Spotless, comfy beds, location is a highlight, disco lights in the shower, excellent appointments, safe and secure

Cons: Could have had a few more details on entrance and exit process. But host was responsive when we asked.

Pros: Lovely apartment. Very central and lots of attractions are within walking distance. There are plenty of eating places nearby. Manuel is a good host.

Pros: The apartment is perfect for a group of six, and the location is unbeatable and excellent communication with Manuel the host
