Brilliant location spacious apartment great host

Pros: It was a very spacious apartment very comfortable for 5 of us so clean it had everything that we needed the location is superb 25 mins walk to the Vatican and 25mins the other way to the collessum shops and restaurants on your doorstep

We liked it & Antonio was great!

Pros: The host Antonio was lovely. He met us on arrival and he was very kind and allowed us to have a late checkout as the property was not booked the day we were leaving. The location was great - close to shops and tourist sites close by.

Cons: The only issue we had was with the showers. They were very weak & we didn’t seem to have enough hot water!

We had a wonderful time in Rome and in the apartment

Pros: Excellent location of the apartment. Many attractions were within easy walking distance, and meeting points (e.g., Piazza del Popolo), stores, restaurants and the Metro were close by. The apartment was very spacious and had two bathrooms which was great for our family of 5. Furniture was pleasant and there was sufficient seating and dishes, esp. when we had guests over. As it was winter and on the colder side, we unfortunately could not take advantage of the nice balcony.

Cons: One problem was that all communication from the host was in Italian requiring translations. - Some maintenance issues were addressed to the host who immediately responded. - We were aware having to pay city tax but were not aware having to pay this (rather high) amount in cash (upon arrival).

Pros: Όμορφη και ήσυχη τοποθεσία πολύ κοντά στο ιστορικό κέντρο.. Σε 10-15 λεπτά με τα πόδια μπορούσες να επισκεφτείς τα Ισπανικά σκαλιά,την Fontana Di Trevi, την Piazza del Popolo, την Piazza Navona,το Πάνθεον και στο 20λεπτο το Κολοσσαίο και το Vittorio Emmanuelle Monument. Είμαστε οικογένεια 5 ατόμων και βολευτηκαμε πολύ άνετα... Συνιστάται χωρίς καμία αμφιβολία!!

Cons: Σε γενικές γραμμές όλα ήταν καλά, εκτός από κάποιες πολύ μικρές λεπτομέρειες άνευ ουσίας όμως..

Pros: Gute geschnittene Wohnung mit schönem zentralen Bereich, 2 Schlafzimmern und guter Schlafcouch. Freundlicher Empfang, 2 Schlüssel, sodass auch eine Gruppentrennung unkompliziert möglich ist.

Cons: Eine Schlafzimmertür schließt nicht mehr und es sind zwei Stufen in der Wohnung, die man insbesondere nachts mangels Kennzeichnung nicht sieht.

Il soggiorno, la zona pranzo, il terrazzino per il caffè del mattino… tutto ha contribuito a rendere questa esperienza

Pros: Un elegante rifugio nel cuore di Roma! Abbiamo trascorso due giorni meravigliosi in questo splendido appartamento, dove ogni dettaglio racconta cura, gusto e autenticità. La casa è luminosa, silenziosa e accogliente: il soffitto con travi a vista, il terrazzino , la cucina piccola ma perfettamente attrezzata e i due bagni comodi e funzionali ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa — anzi, meglio! La posizione è semplicemente perfetta: tra Piazza del Popolo e Piazza di Spagna, abbiamo potuto scoprire Roma a piedi, perdendoci tra le sue bellezze senza mai allontanarci troppo.

Pros: Super kontakt z właścicielem mieszkania który pytał się czy nam wszytko pasuje;) Świetna lokalizacja. Przytulne mieszkanie do którego na pewno wrócimy :)

One of the best rentals ever

Pros: This was one of best places we've ever stayed in. The location was great the apartment was amazing and the people were wonderful. They responded quickly to request and were very accommodating. I would highly recommend and can't wait to return.

Cons: There was truly nothing we disliked
