Perfect Location and Very Comfortable

Pros: The property was exactly as described and was the perfect location for our family to spend 4 days in Rome. It was easily accessible by metro or taxi. Tons of places to eat and an affordable grocery store right down stairs. We also found a self service laundry about .3 miles away to use a dryer that costs about $6 euros for 2 loads of clothes. Apartment would easily sleep 6. Will stay here again! Took 5 min to walk to Vatican.

Cons: I can’t really think of anything I didn’t like.

Assolutamente top!

Pros: Tutto perfetto. Siamo stati piacevolmente accolti dal proprietario e ci siamo subito sentiti a casa. Partiamo appunto dalla casa: perfetta, pulita, dotata di tutti i confort (ci hanno lasciato acqua, sale, olio, cose per fare colazione, prodotti da bagno) .. io non ho altre parole che perfezione. Arredamento di buon gusto e silenziosa. L'appartamento è a 2 passi da San Pietro e dalla metro Ottaviano. Subito sotto casa negozietti di ogni tipo e ristoranti. Davvero top.. ottima scelta.

Great location. Fantastic staff. Wonderful stay.

Pros: The location is perfect. Very close to the taxi stand, only blocks away from the metro and less than ten minutes to the Vatican. Perfect spot for a visit to Rome. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to come to the apartment to show us how to work some of the appliances.

Cons: The road under the apartment (Via Ottaviano) was under construction so that would have been helpful to know in advance. Even so, it was only a minor inconvenience as the taxi stand is just a few steps away on the plaza.

Eccezionale!

Pros: Della struttura mi è piaciuto tutto, la pulizia e la cura nei minimi dettagli, le piccole attenzioni di cui chiunque viaggi ha bisogno (kit cortesia, asciugamani) e il profumo che emana ogni camera. Sono arrivata nel pomeriggio e ho apprezzato molto il self ceck-in, comodissimo e funzionale. Posizione centralissima e ideale per qualsiasi tipo di spostamento essendo vicina alla fermata della metro e dell’autobus.

Piacevole scoperta

Pros: Posizione eccellente, a pochi passi da piazza San Pietro e Musei Vaticani. Quartiere molto sicuro anche a tarda notte. L’appartamento è nuovissimo e arredato con gusto. Pulizia e cortesia ottime. Super consigliato. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Semplicemente straordinario!

Pros: Appartamento moderno, dotato di ogni confort, pulitissimo e posizionato in zona centrale, a due minuti a piedi dal Vaticano e dalla fermata della metro Ottaviano. La chicca è il balconcino privato che affaccia su via Ottaviano e permette di bere un calice di vino con una vista unica. Lo staff è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile per ogni evenienza.
