Great stay, great location, we loved it.

Pros: The old world style of the apartment and its location

Cons: A bit noisy at night but that is to be expected in a city setting. All depends upon what you are used to 😆

Excellent location.

Pros: It is in a perfect location right beside the vatican with plenty of restaurants etc. nearby yet not noisy at night-time. The beds were comfortable.

Cons: There are 100 steps to get up to the apartment , hence the name attic, so not fir the faint hearted. Good practice for St Peters Dome. There is a very small elevator that did work. The kitchen is dated and needs a good scrub but we didn't cook so it was fine.

Clean, comfortable stay

Pros: Very clean, spacious apartment. Good location, lots of activities and restaurants around. Beds are comfortable! A few things could use an update. Friendly and helpful host. Replies very quickly.

Highly recommended for those going to the Vatican!

Pros: The location was great - just a stone’s throw away from the Vatican, restaurants and shops just outside the gate, many buses to tourist attractions. The apartment itself was spacious with 2 bathrooms which was very convenient. The host was always available by text and was very helpful especially with transport arrangements.

Cons: With the heatwave across Europe, the airconditioning units were not sufficient to cool the rooms even at night.

Pros: The location is perfect, close to the Vatican and close to the Ottaviano metro station. The host Gabriella is very helpful. On the day of arrival we checked in around 11am and on the day of departure she let us leave our luggage in the apartment until the afternoon.

great place to stay for families for a long weekend in Rome

Pros: We found a fantastic place 5 minutes walk away from the entrance to the Musei Vaticani, which was the main goal of our trip. the neighborhood was also great, and we had the best italian dinner for the whole trip at La Caravella, which is about 2 blocks away from Gabriella's place. There was enough space for the 5 of us, and the elevator was such a great help when we had almost no energy to go up the 4 flights of stairs after a whole day of walking in room. Highly recommended for families!

Beautiful apartment and great host!

Pros: The pictures don't lie. It was a beautiful apartment. It was close to the metro, shopping, and restaurants. The vatican wall was a half block from us. It is not as crowded as rome City Centre, which was nice. Would definitely come back to stay.

Cons: There is nothing I can say that I didn't like.

Clean and comfortable in good location

Pros: Great location only 5 mins walk from the Vatican . Clean and tidy and owner was helpful and responsive. Close to metro. Plenty of cafes nearby.

Cons: Scaffolding all over one building and work going on all day. Children were not allowed to play in the garden.

Pros: Beautiful apartment next to the Vatican wall, ideal location for everything. The metro is close by and we got that most days. The apartment itself is wonderful and has everything you could possibly need. The block is very secure as is the apartment and there is a lift. Gabriella, the owner is amazing , informative and extremely helpful. You can contact her if there are any questions. I would highly recommended this apartment for your stay in Rome.
