Luxury House Colosseo

All was good!

Pros: Great location in busy area, and very calm inside. Nice host, we asked for early check in, and got it, very friendly.

Fabulous location, comfortable apartment

Pros: Fabulous location in the older part of Rome and a ten minute walk from the Colosseum, thirteen minutes to Trevi fountain! Clean apartment, v comfortable bed and Erick met us on arrival, he was v helpful and good with communication. Pleasant temperature inside and the kitchen was v useful.

Cons: Only a couple of v minor issues in kitchen e.g. toaster didn’t work, but all resolved quickly and didn’t detract from an absolutely wonderful stay!

Excellent location and perfect for couple or friends

Pros: Super nice little apartment, perfect for a short or longer stay

Cons: Could not use the bathtub and the ceiling for the bed upstairs is quite low so kind of uncomfortable to sleep there, but not a big deal

Great location, spacious apartment!

Pros: Lots of space and a great location close to tourist sites!

Cons: The air conditioning in the bedroom did not work. The central cooling was good but it was still quite warm inside during hot summer days.

Absolute gem!

Pros: Location. It was a 5 min walk to colosseum, plenty of restaurants as soon as you walk out. Train station is 6 min walk away, and Trevi Fountain is about 20 min walk. Absolutely loved staying here and worth the price we paid. We had a great night sleep, even though we were in the centre of everything.

Cons: N/A

On the hole a good property, central to Rome. But is in need of decorating and investment.

Pros: Great location very near colosseum, and central Rome.

Cons: Could do with a freshen up decor etc. Chairs were un comfy.

Pros: Excellent host (Barbara) who met us at the property and gave us all the information we needed about the apartment and surrounding area. Barbara also agreed to meet me several days after our stay had ended to return items we had left behind at the apartment. This was much appreciated. We had a wonderful stay and will certainly recommend this apartment to friends visiting rome.

Cons: Some basis cooking essentials such as cooking oil herbs and salt would have been useful as we were only there for a short visit and did not want to purchase.

Buena estancia

Pros: La ubicación, el trato recibido y la cama era cómoda.

Cons: Considero que podría estar algo más limpio. La ventana de la cocina no daba privacidad ya que no hay cortinas.

Pros: Τέλεια τοποθεσία!! Άνετο και ευρύχωρο μέσα το σπίτι!!

Cons: Η θέα στην εσωτερική αυλή του σπιτιού δεν ήταν και τόσο όμορφη!! Παλιά και παρατημένα κτίρια!! Θα μπορούσε για μήνα Φεβρουάριο OFF SEASON μήνας Γιά τη Ρώμη,, να είχε μια καλύτερη τιμή καθώς κλείστηκε για 10 ολόκληρες μέρες!!! Η τιμή των 120 ευρώ ανά διανυκτέρευση θεωρώ ήταν αρκετά υπερβολική!!

De basis is goed maar zonder investering is het echt maar een 6je waard aan beoordeling.

Pros: De pluspunten: de locatie is perfect om de stad te bezoeken, de incheck met Barbara ging soepel en vriendelijk en zorgvuldig, het appartement heeft in principe alles, ruim, goed uitgeruste keuken, stevig bed, leuke indeling, in de zomer waarschijnlijk aangenaam koel.

Cons: De minpunten: de badkamer was versleten en veel schimmel in de voegen, veel kalk in de kranen, douchen was niet aangenaam,het was erg koud binnen ondanks de verwarming die het goed deed in de keuken, we kochten zelf een extra warme lucht blazer erbij, het appartement was best uitgeleefd en het zou zo gemakkelijk zijn om het op te knappen, beetje goed poetsen, schilderen en klaar. Je moet echt van een hard bed houden.
