Exentia Stays - Luxury Apartment Colosseum

Pros: Perfect, location, space, and everything really. New spot for when I stay in rome

Absolutely brilliant place to stay

Pros: The stay was fantastic, very accommodating and knowledgeable host, location was incredible and a really great starting point to see all of Rome, 10 minute walk to the coliseum, 15 to the Trevi fountain/ pantheon. Local restaurants were really nice, food is incredible and local markets to grab things for the fridge or pantry. The beds were comfortable, only reason it wasn’t a 10/10 was the shower is a little bit small but I’m really nitpicking there. The tv was a smart tv, fast WiFi in the apartment so able to stream on the phone/iPad and both rooms had plenty of space. Accommodation was clean and tidy and check in/out was very easy. Final point the apartment was very secure and felt like a safe place to leave our things when venturing out to see the sights and dinner in the evening.

Buen apto cerca Coliseo

Pros: Este apto está muy bien situado. Cerca del Coliseum con tiendas y muchos restaurantes cerca. Pudimos ir andando a muchos sitios. Era amplio y perfecto para las tres personas que fuimos. Se accede con caja de llave. Nuestro anfitrión atendió nuestras dudas y la comunicación fue fluida. La calefacción es genial.

Cons: Necesitaría algún repaso en cosas básicas. La taza del wc está suelta, el enchufe del wc tb y faltaba una de las luces del espejo tb en el baño. El plato de ducha es estrecho pero en general nos pudimos apañar bien.

Bon apartament a una ubicació superbona.

Pros: Ubicació perfecte, l’equipament de l’apartament també. Et deixen tovalloles i fins i tot sabatilles, unes magdalenes i càpsules de cafè. A més està a tocar de les ruïnes i la zona es tranquila però amb ambient.

Cons: Tot bé.

Large, comfortable apartment

Pros: First and foremost the host, Leonardo, was amazing. He was super responsive and five stars all the way. The apartment was large and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the laundry was a plus. A great stay overall.

Cons: Please consider adding curtains to block the morning sunlight.

Pros: Our arrival was delayed due to a flight disaster from the US, but Leonardo was very kind and stayed up to make sure we got in the apartment ok at 3am!

Cons: The small bedroom has bright light streaming in, with no way to block it out, and we never figured out how to open the pull out couch, but we were so tired it was ok.
