Pros: The apartment has large rooms, three bathrooms. Everyone has enough privacy. Many sights are close by. Everything was prepared, the arrangement was excellent. Definitely recommend for a group of people. Thank you very much, we enjoyed our vacation.

Pros: The apartment was amazing, great location, really good size with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The apartment was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The host Alessia was also amazing, really helpful with great communication and responding to my messages quickly! All in all a great experience, will definitely be booking again when visiting Rome!

I Recommend it

Pros: The apartment was quite spacious with three bathrooms, it made our lives much easier as four adults with four kids. The apartment is very close to the attractions mainly the colosseum but Trevi fountain and pantheon are 15 minutes walk and you get to see Rome as you walk. It is also close to lots of restaurants and brunch/breakfast places. There is also a very close luggage storage if you arrived very early like we did The host was very nice and allowed an early check in at no extra cost. The apartment was very nicely designed and felt cosy. The A/C worked fine and kept the rooms cool.

Cons: If you need all 4 bedrooms then there won’t be a living room. The shower was a bit temperamental with the temperature but it was hot anyway so we didn’t bother too much. There was no washing machine or dishwasher and it would have been nice to have those specially with the number of people the apartment can accommodate.

Fantastic location and beautiful experience!

Pros: The apartment is just around the corner from the Colosseum – truly unbeatable location. Our stay was wonderful! The host was amazing, very kind and helpful throughout. The apartment itself is huge – we were two families staying there and barely even crossed paths. If we ever come back to Rome, we would definitely stay here again.

Great value in central Rome

Pros: We have just returned after a great stay. Location is excellent, a 5-10 minute walk to the Colosseum and other attractions. The check in process was very easy. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, I would book here again and recommend to friends and family.

Cons: Room was still being cleaned on arrival - not a major problem as we could leave our bags in the room and head out to a nearby restaurant. There is a bar downstairs that got quite rowdy until 2am on one of the nights, just bear this in mind if you need silence to sleep. There wasn't any toilet roll in the apartment, we had to buy some at a nearby convenience store.

Pros: Appartamento in ottima posizione pulito e molto grande anche per gruppi, personale gentile e disponibile.

Pros: Viajamos 3 parejas de amigos y La distribución del apartamento lo hacía totalmente independiente para cada pareja. La ubicación cerca del Coliseo y los Foros, el Mercado de Trajano, la plaza Venecia, etc. La tranquilidad, no se oye nada de ruido y la amplitud del apartamento.

Pros: La ubicacion y la decoracion del piso estan muy bien

Cons: Que la calefaccion, tiene que venir a conectarla y a veces no funciona.
