House&Colosseum

Pros: The area is stunning. You are right in the middle of everything. A lot of life, music and fantastic views. The owner reacted very quick to any questions I had.

Great room!

Pros: Great room all around. Well located, big and comfortable. 10/10. Also the wifi was good, and I loved being so close to the forums.

Cons: While a minor detail in the overall picture, the shower temperature was a little hard to set, sometimes it would fluctuate over time even if I left the faucet fixed in one position, probably due to other guests also running their hot water at the same time. This was not a major detraction from the room's quality.

1000% would recommend. Waking up next to colosseum is surreal.

Pros: One of the greatest accommodations I’ve ever stayed in. Clean and it has as much space as you need. We stayed there for 5 nights and it was lovely. The neighbourhood is so beautiful and next to Colosseum and the centre of Rome, we didn’t even use a bus or metro to get anywhere. 1000% will revisit and recommend to friends.

Pros: Excellent apartment, great location, very close to Colosseum , in the great neighbourhood with lovely restaurants. The apartment was a beautiful space with everything you could want and need inside. So romantic , so Italian. Very clean. Marco was very helpful, very hospitable. I will try my best to make H&C my regular place to stay when in Rome.

Pros: Great location, close to the main attractions, like Colosseum and Forum Romanum!

Perfect Location

Pros: The location of the apartment is immaculate. The neighborhood is one of the most central ones in Rome. There are so many restaurants, cafes and bars near by, which we loved. Also, the Colosseum and the Roman Forum are very close, as well as two metro stations. Other parts of Rome were a 15-20 minute walk from there. The apartment was just what we expected, it was clean and in great condition. The hosts were very kind and helpful, we had no problem during our stay. All in all, we were very satisfied and would want to book the same apartment if we ever visit again.

Cons: I only wish that there was some bigger space for storage, as the available closet was a bit small and only fit half our stuff. However it was not a problem for us, we just didn't unpack all of our stuff.

Pros: Location is brilliant...just perfect. Place seems small at first but it has everything you need and is comfy...love the street.... .. Read reviews about noise from the street... we never had anything like that.. really quiet. Definitely use this place again Location!!!!!!!!

Cons: Would be nice to have a toaster!

Great little apartment

Pros: The apartment was everything we needed, a great base in a central location. It was clean, tidy and had all the amenities we needed for our 5 night stay

Great host, excellent location

Pros: Great host, responded to our questions very quickly and with a great state of mind, trying to help. Location is excellent, very close to Colosseum. The appartment is cute, very lovely and comfortable.

Cons: One night I was waken up at 2 a.m by an American who was shouting he was from Oregon, which is great for him but has no interest for us. The street where the appartment is situated is usually quiet but as American tourists are everywhere in Rome, it is hard to avoid their noisy manners... We also had a neighbor ( another client of House & Colosseum) that might be Swiss or Dutch, he would open the door everytime we were getting to the apartment to simply say \

Pros: We liked the location, the house itself and the vibe of the area.quiet yet central with good vibes day and night. The room itself is beautiful, the alley view is roma all the way, and the beams on the ceiling are amazing.

Cons: The air con is not good enough and really loud The matresses were so- so, made my back hurt The stairs are steep-people wih knee problems will have a problem with them.
